Everyone I’ve dealt with in this store are attentive and helpful…. They fix any problems I have and very knowledgeable

Larry was phenomenal! He was patient with us and answered all of our questions regarding plans, phones, and more. He was knowledgeable about everything. He interacted with our 2 year old to help keep him entertained while we went through the process. He even called corporate to get Caller ID squared away. Larry was simply the best. Highly recommend him and the customer service we received while we were there.

The guy helping me had no idea what he was talking about and was more interested in the football game they had playing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but everyone else could leave the game alone but this guy. Instead of helping me out, he kind of just let me talk myself out of getting anything from them and even talked me out of buying anything at all. While I was talking, he was just watching and glancing the game.
If you can't pay attention to your customers, mute it or turn it off. Unprofessional.

The customer service at this location was horrible. As soon as I walked in the door I felt the chill of not being welcome. When I asked if she could guide me to a suitable phone for my needs and wants, she would NOT! I was told that I knew what I was looking for and what I could afford! She wouldn't help me at all. I had checked out the T Mobile website and had found phones that said $0 down and payments monthly for 24 or 36 months. When I showed an interest in the Galaxy phone for $799.00 and said the website said $0 down $33.00 a month for 24 months she rolled her eyes and informed me I would pay a $300.00 down payment in addition to transfer fees and taxes. I had absolutely no desire to do business with her or that store. I went to Cobb Parkway talked with Mike and was thrilled with the difference in atmosphere, help and cost. No $300.00 down payment at all and I am excited to use the phone I am buying from him. The Earnest Barrett Pkwy store was awful and I'm glad I left when I did. I don't see how they stay in business!

I stopped in to transfer data from my old phone to a new one I brought in. I was very concerned about making sure I had done everything necessary PRIOR TO transferring the info as I couldn't afford to lose anything in the transfer. DIONDRE couldn't answer my questions about this and just kept saying we'd have to "just get started to see what transfers. " When I continued to ask questions and express my concern about starting the process without knowing what Information I might lose first, Diondre got very short and let me know he was "doing me a favor" by helping me with this transfer. (Yes, Diondre's exact words.) Having been a Sprint customer with multiple lines of service since the 1990s, I wasn't asking for any "favors. " I only asked that Diondre do his job. Needless to say, I left and went to another location (3041 Shallowford Rd. 30062) where I received impeccable service.

Pretty terrible costumer service, the representative did a great job at not selling me a phone. I get came in an hour before closing. But she tried everything to make me not buy a phone so she could go home. Its also very unprofessional to complain about their job while customers are around.

I visited this store earlier this week and received the worst customer service. Just like a lot of the other reviews the attendant was rude, she did not want to help, and just wanted me out of the store so they could close. I decided to visit the T mobile on Roswell Rd and received amazing service. I will never visit this location again.

Ordered a warranty replacement watch to be delivered to store near home while visiting in Florida. Received notification that it was sent nothing that it was received. Records show that a tmobile associate signed for it. When called was told it was never received. After talking to customer service we went to store and was told they couldn't help us without a certain number which was on back of watch. We found number at home with magnifying glass. Total lack of effort and lack of customer service.

I don't know why this store has a 3 point star, I had a great experience here. I had a situation and it was not an easy thing to fix I came here crying from one T-Mobile store to Best Buy, Best Buy send me here spending my day going around the circle I even bought a new phone from Best Buy but it didn't work I came here with tears, they were so patient with me, it took 2 hours between Apple and T-Mobile to fix the issue, but they did it they went over board more than what they should do I highly recommend them I'm so thankful to every one here

Imagine walking into a phone store just wanting to be helped out to purchase a new phone. However, the worker does not show any type of customer service. She is being passive-aggresive with you. On top of that, she is racially profiling and stereotyping you by asking if your SSN is truly yours. Now, answer me this T-Mobile, if I looked a certain way or talked a certain way, would you still have the audacity to ask me if my SSN was really mine? Do better at training people with better customer service and not be racist.

Spoke to Larry on the phone and told him I was on my way to purchase a phone. Got there at 3: 15 and he said they were closing in 30 minutes and wouldn't have time to upgrade us. A complete jerk. Btw, the website says they close at 6pm. They obviously don't want our money.

I just want to recognize Larry, he hasn't even helped me yet, but for the last hour I have watched and listened to him help the most annoying and difficult family, and he did it with such patience. I was getting madder and more frustrated for him. I told his manager how great he was handling this obnoxious family. Cudos to Larry!

They may be understaffed, I do completely understand that, however the customer service is just not there. Avoid this place if you can.

Breanna is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and professional. She had us laughing the whole time and she was good at multitasking our multiple requests. Her manager Jose was also very helpful and available when needed.
