I can't express how thankful I am that I came to this T-Mobile location and worked with the agent that I did.

Jamin was his name, and he went above and beyond to assist me. He was not only extremely patient and pleasant, but he truly cared about the customer experience and my satisfaction. I will return to this location in the future and ask for Jamin —- he saved the day for me — THANK YOU JAMIN AND T-MOBILE!:)

The worst store ever. Very unhelpful. Very rude. Very unprofessional. The entire store needs to be shut down. I came in to switch my carriers to TMobile and I was sent the wrong phone + received my first bill inflated bc they started my service on the day I came in without a phone. Ray and Victoria choose to argue with customers over the phone vs help them. There is another young lady I believe by the name of Briana that has no clue what she is doing. I am all for learning but there is a difference btw someone who is learning vs someone who is just completely dumbfounded. Worst TMobile store.

Chassidy and Lamar gave me excellent customer service first thing in the morning upon opening. They both greeted me, they were polite, fast and efficient. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Best service hands down!

I would avoid this store, it appeared that every staff member was doing everything they could to not help. It was a very disappointing waste of time, I feel if staff members were better trained then it wouldn't take an hour to retrieve answers they should already have.

My husband and I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and came across many issues with upgrading my old phone. We met Victoria at this branch and she is by far one of the best T-Mobile representatives we've interacted with. She was efficient, to the point and provided accurate information. Victoria took out the time to follow up with us to make sure we had received the help we needed. She truly went above and beyond for us and we decided to remain a T-Mobile customer solely because of her. Thank you, Victoria!

I visited this tmobile on 9/21 & I would definitely NOT recommend this tmobile to anybody. This is the worst customer service i've EVER received in my life. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with negative energy. The young lady acted like she didn't want to be there & did not want to assist me. Every concern I had she said I had to contact customer service for assistance, I knew this was false because the two customer service reps that I spoke with earlier in the day referred me to the store. Like what is the purpose of having a store front if I can't even change my current plan? Please hire knowledgeable individuals that actually want to work & not ones who are just there to collect a check!

CHASTITY. Please learn what it takes to have good customer service. Speaking with your Co worker for 5 minutes while not checking on your customers is not it. I came in for 2 reasons. 1. To get assistance on my Android phone which is no longer working. And upgrade. Chasity left me to call on their phone and never followed up. I was left to stand there while her coworker looked over her shoulder at me and said nothing. THIS LOCATION IS USELESS!

Excellent customer service! Victoria was friendly and super knowledgeable. I brought in my new phone for set up/ transfer. She handled it quickly and answered all of my other questions regarding my account making it all super easy.

This branch has the best customer service by any mobile company. This location is very well organized even though they are always busy. I went there yesterday to enquire about their promotion and got clear and concise information. We went today to complete the transfer to T Mobile. Vivian was awesome. She completed the transfer and set up our new devices to our complete satisfaction. Thank you Vivian for an outstanding job!

BE PREPARED for it to take a minimum of an hour, but most likely it will take two. The employees hate their job and move lethargically at best.

Also.
The monthly bill was $30 more than the dude at the store said it would be when the first statement was emailed to me.

This is the best cell phone store I've ever been in because it's the best service I've ever received, consistently! I've been in several times. The gentlemen that helped me were so friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I was really impressed and pleased! We all know dealing with cell phone things (whatever it is) can be stressful, but this was a totally different experience. I'm moving about 20 minutes from here but I would still come back to this store because I feel confident in the service. Thanks to you all!

You would think a place that relies on customer service would have better customer service.

Walked into the store to join the T-Mobile fam and was not greeted by anyone in the store. Of course, I left. Thanks but no thanks T-mobile.

I dropped and shattered my phone during finals week and needed a new device immediately. Chassidy helped me out. That girl deserves a raise. She was friendly, calming, didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need but still made suggestions about deals and services. I was seen quickly and she got me set up on the new phone in less that 30 minutes. Im also transgender which you can tell from looking at my ID but Chassidy was respectful and treated me like any other valued customer.
