Recently had to change phone & carrier to TMobile. Since I am bedridden from a stroke, my wife had to do all the legwork for me. Josh & Fab were extremely helpful to her and everything went smoothly.

Will not return. While Daryl tried hard to be accommodating, he was also terribly SLOW and easily distracted. I was there to switch my service from Verizon to TMobile, but walked out after being there an hour and never discussed plans or pricing. I left still a Verizon customer and may just stick with them: I stood there an hour for another customer to walk in and usurp my person (Daryl) who was more willing to work with them than me. I am also surprised that the so called store manager was there, and watched us walk out and never followed up with even a phone call. I was about to switch 3 lines and buy/upgrade three phones and discuss TMobile wifi, with all the equipment needed but I was discarded obviously as not important. Your loss TMobile Macon, I will be an AT&T customer from now on.

Ask my electrical engineer husband, after my exhausting time at Walmart, he talked to TMobil and I sat down. Grrr, hiss, spit!

I am a Metro PCS customer. I bought a new phone and the information to my old phone was not transferred. Daryl, Ivana, and Linda gave me really good customer service with this issue.

Long time T mobile customer. Stopped by to look find a phone to replace an older one that failed due to water damage. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly! Helped me find the phone I was looking for and explained the different options, installed the screen protector, and case. Very pleased with the experience!

Wanted to get my charging port cleaned as kt wouldnt charge. They couldnt clean phones, despite someone telling my wife they could. I will not be back

After days upon days of dealing with my subpar current service provider (Verizon), we went into this location, completely desperate for working phones. Jason and his staff were incredibly patient, understanding and eager to assist. Instead of trying to sell us new phones and service, they got our current ones working properly and transferred 5 of our 8 existing lines. Over. The other 3 will happen in the coming week but are currently out of state so they couldn't be done at once. I couldn't possibly thank you and your staff enough for getting us going again and remaining professional throughout the process.

Daryl helped me and my fiancé get our new Galaxy we ordered online up and working! He also gave us a great selection of everything available to us and it couldn’t have been a better experience than it was, literally!

Josh was super helpful, I was having issues with my watch that I bought from Amazon, and he told me that I could trade it in and get a newer watch for less!

Yesterday I went into this location and had a great experience with an agent until Josh the manager got involved. He was not helpful, was very rude, so I asked for his supervisors number he said he was the manager. He refused to give supervisor info so I asked for a refund. He said he would need to keep 40.00 for restock fee. I told him I wanted a full refund. This man said we can do this the easy way or hard way.he called the police on me. I called the customer service line and got setup with the Warner Robin's office where I was helped. I would recommend customer service training and building relationships training for Josh. Sad!

Best store hands down to help a sprint customer. I have been trying to get the new galaxy watch for a month went the store in warner robins 3 times no help, they wouldn't even call customer service to order the watch. The last time I went asked them could they check to see if any stores in macon have them was told they're not affiliated with them. Presidential store got me a watch, called into customer service and held for hour to me help. They refused to let me leave without what I wanted. As a sprint customer I felt that none of the tmobile stores wanted to help me. Never had this problem. Josh and the store manager is the best

Darryl went above and beyond to accommodate my migration from Sprint to T-Mobile and I’m ecstatic, grateful and very appreciative to him for making me feel comfortable. He’s very knowledgeable and savvy when it comes to informing customers about new and existing products and services.

I am a former sprint customer and I went to T-Mobile store to switch my service today. I met Darryl and Jason and they were the sweetest and they had the best customer service. It was great store experience and I definitely recommend this spot if you need help with any phone service needs! Thanks again guys!
