We live in WV but my Daughter attends Ga Southern and had a phone issue, so she went to t-mobile for help and they went above and beyond to make things right for her! This store is the first good experience out of many years dealing with sprint/T Mobile! Thank you

Help friendly but definitely not motivated. Had to go back 3X to get my problem resolved and still didn't.
The manager was very rude (African American heavy set man) and very sarcastic. Made me very uncomfortable. He wouldn't give me the supervisor nor other managers information to leave a review and complain. Lied and said he couldn't access my account lied about my upgrade information. He was very unprofessional and {sassy}
Never come here. Josh and the staff have no idea what they are talking about. They will mislead you on trade ins and their policies. Not sure if this is from lack of training or predatory sales tactics. They convinced me to trade in a phone and mislead me about its true trade in value and cost me over $700. Don’t even use t mobile as a carrier.
This location and the rude and sullen employees that work are the reason I will not do any business with T-Mobile. The most condescending tone and attitude for absolutely no reason is how every employee treats you here. This store is not a corporate store so the employees are ghetto and trashy. Go to the reedsville store and get real service. This store is run by children who can't act right

Went in the store last night to upgrade my phone. I feel bad because for the life of me I can not remember the young fellows name. He was amazing. Best experience with T Mobile I have ever had. I will be bring him his pretzel from Sonic.
I would never recommend our local store. Unless you are buying a phone, no one cares whether they help you. Forced into helping me by talking to tech support on the phone and then while she was still talking he hung up on her saying "I don't need anyone telling me how to do my job". Would recommend TMobile BUT NEVER THIS STORE
One of the managers Zay was very helpful. I thought I couldn't get there internet service at my location because when I checked, it said it was unavailable in my area. He told me to try it out and I can return it if it doesn't work and it's been working great.
Josh helped us today begin a new phone service plan and set up a new phone. He was awesome! Provided great and friendly service while clearly knowledgeable about the brand and phones. He helped us in a timely and quick manner. Highly recommend!
Walked in looking to upgrade, and Kwan gave me solid advice and solid help to get the most out of T-Mobile’s deals! He was super friendly and helpful, I’ve had T-Mobile for years and this was the best service I’ve gotten.
Super group of ladies and gentleman. They went beyond their normal service duties to help me. Very knowledgeable and welcoming.
Just horrible service in the store and online. My advice—Stay away and go to any other carrier. Store blamed online rep and online rep blamed the store. Meanwhile I’m still without the product I pay for monthly.
