Both ladies that helped me last Friday stayed well after closing time to help me get everything I needed! They set up my account properly and made sure everything was smooth sailing. I appreciate them going the distance for me and ensuring everything was right. Thanks a lot!
Kurt was great. He found a fraudulent account attached to my husband's ss, went over and above helping us get service and reporting fraud, straightening out the mess. He was phenomenal.
T-Mobile services have been great so far. A lot better than the services my family &I had been using for phone services. The guy who set everything up for us was awesome. He was hilarious & very thoughtful/professional. He made what I thought was going to be a very stressful situation in2 something I didn't want to leave lol There were 3 ppl in the store that day and all 3 stayed over to help since we got there right b4 closing I couldn't be anymore happier! 6/18/23 was the day!
No one knew how to do their job in there. They were both rude. People actually started walking out because of the issues and not getting any help or even being talked to.
So stop there. Have the girl put my phone to my car cuz I was having problems she turned around. Got it all fixed but wiped out all my other connections on Bluetooth
Some workers in the shop don't know how to do customer service well. All though the last two gentelmen I encountered where able to resolve my issue with great customer service after fighting for 4 previous days with other employees. I was without a phone for a week. Thankfully there were two knowledgeable gentlemen in the end to resolve the issue in two days time.

I want to share my experiences with this store and their associate, James Mealey. In early June I made MY first phone purchase (My husband was more knowledgeable about phones & contracts than I). James was so patient with me & all my concerns.no pressure to hurry me or "make a sale".
Today I stopped by to see if someone would reconnect my phone to my car (unknown reason it disconnected). I was so happy to see James there when I walked in! (everyone greeted me). After today I'm done with yall. 3rd month in a row my phones been cut off after paying a 150$ bill. Exactly a week later. I call to figure out what's going on? I get a run around and have to threaten to cut my service off in order to get any kind of assistance. Dealing With it now currently with my phone being cut off and waiting for yall to do your jobs. Negative 1000 stars.
If you are dealing with T-Mobile and Assurant to get your broken phone replaced come straight here and skip the other stores in the area. I would ask for Dustin as he was most experienced in handling the details of our plan and after 5 weeks of being on the phone and in stores with T-Mobile was finally able to get my replacement using the directions I was given by Assurant. Hopefully, they can find a way to word it better so one knows where to go in the first place. This would cause both T Mobile employees and customers a much easier time!
Excellent, no frills speedy service! Ported in from a competing carrier and was in and out with a new phone and service plan within 30 minutes without the headache and hassle of dealing with your typical mobile carrier pushy sales tactics, best experience out of any brick-and-mortar retail mobile sales location I've been to by far!

I recently upgraded to a new iPhone and traded in my old iPhone 8 Plus. I had issues with reseting it and through no fault of the employees the problem took HOURS. The entire time they were patient, helpful, incredibly kind. Specifically Nathan, Becky, and James deserve a huge shoutout for ALL they did for me. Without them the trade in and issues I had with the old phone would have never happened. If you go to a T-Mobile store, GO TO THIS STORE. Thank you for all your help!
I wanted to share my great experience with this T-Mobile location, and associate Becky, in particular. I was researching new cell phone and home internet providers and just stopped in to talk. Within not too long Becky had me convinced that T-Mobile was the right choice for both. It wasn't an easy transition as I wanted to use my existing phones (paid for). Though the phones would work on their network my current provider was very difficult to deal with in getting them unlocked. In fact, we were never successful. In the end, I ended up with 2 new (and free) phones, and home internet (with a free gateway - no monthly rental) that has so far worked flawlessly, and as far as I can tell very good phone service. Do note that I have not traveled with these phones yet so that's still a pending question. In addition, as we waited (4 hours - UGH!) for my previous carrier to respond Becky diligently searched their system for any and all promos and rebates I qualified for, without me even knowing. She found quite a few. Lastly, their service is costing me $30 less a month and includes free Netflix and Apple TV (another $25 value) for free. I could not be more pleased. Thank you Becky and T-Mobile team!
My husband and I were super impressed with the service we received at T-mobile in Ft. Oglethorpe. Dusty and Lily took great care of us. They really both have EXCELLENT customer service skills! Everyone working there was very nice and friendly. The store has a great vibe/ atmosphere! Glad we switched from Verizon to T-mobile!
