I’ve never been to this store before. I was having an issue with my phone charging. The young man, I didn’t get his name. Tall with dreads, was so helpful! There was also a new hire there that was just fantastic. Customer service like it should be
I go inside to get another screen protector (covered under insurance) and the rude little black girl was talking bad about the store manager (Lynn) and proceeded to be rude to me as well. Keep up the bad work and I might switch to Verizon.
T-mobile store of LaGrange is a great place to stop by for your needs or questions with your T-Mobile products and services. Every time I came here the store clerks were very helpful and solved all my problems in a timely manner.

Waited for 20 min, while I was waiting I saw three employees walk right past me and leave. And then one of the employees got smart with me when I said something about it. I will not be going back there. The worst customer service I have ever seen.
T-Mobile is the best way to communicate with someone if you need a phone go to TMobile I have had my cataract with them for several years now and just added my husband to my plan his phone went haywire and wouldn't do anything for him so he agreed to a new number so he got new phone new number whole nine yards.
