They need more friendly staff. You go in there and they hardly help you. Its like they drag their feet to get to the counter
THREE employees shown in the picture were helping a woman. My hispanic mom and I went to the iphone area to wait that at least ONE of the three employees asked us what we needed (since we didn’t want to interrupt whatever the three of them were doing with the woman, besides giggling) we stood there waiting for more than 20 minutes and not even one of them came to us to help us buy a phone. Another woman came in and one of the guys immediately asked her what she needed help with, he immediately helped her. We stood there 5 more minutes and finally left. 3 employees working there and for some reason none of them provided any kind of customer reason but a “hi” when we came in. Incredible.

I went to the T-mobile store on frontage rd in Gainesville on Saturday because I had lost internet service on my tablet though I was still paying for it! De Maria was very professional and kind and not only provided me with a different SIM card, but also spoke with the T-mobile customer service rep on the phone and then went out of her way to install the card on my iPad! Thanks very much DeMaria! You restored my faith in in person customer service! The industry needs more people like her!
DeMaria and bryan! You are the best. We were in horrendous situations. My bff just moved down not to long ago and short version we needed a new SIM card and an unknown tracker pulled off of their phone because well crazy people huh am I right? AND THEY DELIVERED! They went beyond my expectations of a little corner store type of store. Heck I don’t get this kind of service in those big elaborate shops. Super nice, super convenient, and absolutely amazing service. That women deserves a supervisor job if she isn’t already. I felt at home and I could not have asked for anything more from them. Fantastic and will never go anywhere else for anyone of my friends phones needs again. Also found out my plans WAYYYY cheaper there so more then likely switching over myself.
We waited over 40 minutes for someone to help us after we were told by another store they did sprint accounts. When we did finally get some help we were told to go to another store. Get it together T-mobile. Tired of playing mary-go round with stores just cause I still have a sprint account.
