Everyone was very nice. I wasn't even a T-Mobile customer but had a unique issue. They did their best to help me anyway. Keith was really friendly and understood my dilemma. He went above and beyond. I appreciate their helpfulness and kindness.
I also listened to all the other interactions in the store and everyone was very nice and friendly and really took the time to explain everything to their customers.

Some staff aren't welcoming.
I wish there were more smile and more of a friendly conversation when I was here.
I only come to this one because i live close by and it convenient. I only come when its a must.

ZERO STARS
Tall hefty asian guy basically turned us away, kept questioning to see if our credit was good enough to run, AFTER we had already checked online. “ Do you think its good enough to run, are you sure? I don’t want to run it if you know its not going to work”
I get because credit checks and everything, but we had already ran it online? Whatever! We came home and did everything online, everything went through perfectly and the phone is being shipped. Never again. Thanks “T-mobile”

The Maher and employees were slamming shelves around us as they were closing up while we were still finishing setting up our account. As soon at they found out we don’t qualify for phone “because there was a special strip inside the iPhone that was suppose to be visible was let there”. I bought new iPhone 2 months ago. Therefore they lied and will never give them my business.

Worst experience I have ever had, came to switch carriers for two phones. It took 4 hours in the store and another hour the next day on the phone to resolve issues. Still not done fixing the problems. Incompetent and unprofessional staff. Wish I had gone to Best Buy, still not sure I like T-Mobile. Will wait to hear from the manager, to see if he can help me.

This is by far the best Tmobile store i have been to in Gwinnett. Very attentive. They will make sure they do their best to take care of you. I had a phone concern.while it was a quick easy fix, Steven was very nice and made sure i left happy.

Really great customer service. You may have to wait but the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! Also, this is a corporately owned T-Mobile.

My mother went to this store to get an I-phone plus, they told her they did not have the phone in stock and she got another phone that she really did not want. I called a few hours later and they magically have the phone she originally wanted in stock. When questioned why she was told they did not have the phone they claimed they received a shipment right after she left. Coincidence huh? UM NO. Even if this was the case why not advise the customer to come back later or in a couple days as the lady told us after the fact they get shipments daily, instead of making it seem like the phone will not be in stock again. I tried to exchange the phone the SAME DAY and they forced us to pay a $50 restock fee. The manager on duty refused to waive the fee even after I called customer care. This store would prefer to have an unhappy customer of 10 years then to waive a $50 fee. Thank God for customer care, I called and they immediately put the credit on my bill and thanked me for being a long time customer. Never visiting this terrible location again.

Went in apx 2 weeks ago to get a case for the phone my husband got me. I was told someone would be with me in a moment so I asked where my phones cases were. I was pointed to a section. After looking for a bit I finally found a few cases for my phone. Nothing was organized so I had to look through different types over 1/2 the section. Would be nice if all the cases were sorted by phone in a row or area. 2 employees were talking at the register behind me. At first I thought the girl was a customer by her leaning on the table and what looked to be a purse was actually her ipad to pull up information on and do payments. I stood up and was waiting to be rung up. They looked surprised and asked if I needed help. I just said I wanted to pay. They both said they thought I had been helped. Oh well. I did it myself. If I was just going off that interaction I would have given them a 2 star rating but my interaction with Kent (I know it was a K name) was nice. He was actually asking people who came in if they needed help. I said I just needed to make a payment and he got me over to the desk quickly and out the door just as quick. Not even 10 minutes in the store!

Definitiely will be coming to this location from now on. Walked in and told them about some prior issues with our account and different tmobile locations. Mike was super helpful and friendly. He gave us options on what we can do to fix everything. I really do like this location though, it's big, they have a bunch of employees working. We walked in and got approached right away. It was nice.

The place is kind of hidden away, but you'll have no problem finding them. Just look for magenta. Reps provided good service, and was willing to solve the issue rather than avoiding it. Display is neatly organized and well maintained, and the reps were nice.

If you are going for basic sales then you are in the right place but if are looking for staff that knows the product and is able to logically troubleshoot your issues then you are in the wrong place. Recommendations you get from talking to a "tech" and I quote "This is a software issue and your phone can't handle it and you should upgrade to a new phone" Save your sanity and avoid this place
