27Normally I really like target and its products. However, Customer service is extremely slow. Only one person is working even when there is a long long line. Waited for more than half an hour for a 30 sec return.
I was greeted when I walked into the store. Also the cashier.her name is Chassity! She was friendly and greeted me with a warm smile.when I walked up to her register. Chassity rang up my items in a matter of 2 mins. Her conversation was short and didn't seem forced. Great job Chassity!
The customer service is always welcoming. Xavier was very welcoming when I arrived to the register. He's greeting was warmth and heart-felt. This is the kind of person that every retail store should possess to have in their customer service. If had to rate him it would be a 10+.
My favorite Target store in Atlanta! The EXCELLENT Customer Service, cleanliness of the store, and health awareness (ensuring all customers have on masks). Shaun (one of the managers) was very helpful and thoughtful, he made sure his staff took care of my needs. That's great leadership and it starts from the top down, it's a reflection throughout the entire store.
Brandon, the cashier who scanned and bagged my items today, was excellent. He was clearly deliberate and careful, especially with my fragile items, but was still twice as fast as most cashiers I have met.
I love this Target they are quick to help and assist you with anything you need. Also the biggest thing I love it that their very clean and COVID-19 free. Everything who comes through is to have a mask on cover noise and mouth fully. Also if hand sanitizer is needed their all around or if you can see one they will be happy to get some for you. Let’s continue to stay safe and COVID-19 free. Thank you so much Atlantic Station Target for thinking about us all.
Did the BOPIS system for the first time. I ordered at midnight and it was ready by 7am. Thanks so much!
Don’t work here. I worked here for two months and got a schedule sometimes two and three days into a week, sometimes never, despite being told they’d be released two weeks at a time. I was never given access to online resources despite asking multiple people for over a week how to change my availability. The training was haphazard at best, sloppy at worst: I was working completely alone my second day with very little instruction (couldn’t even find a team leader, not that I knew who mine was, to ask what they wanted me to do during my shift) and didn’t learn how to do half of my responsibilities until well into the third week. (Technically, my second week working, as the TRUE second week I never received any hours despite the multiple phone calls where I was promised I’d receive it ‘tomorrow. ’)
This store is extremely unprofessional and sloppy, I wouldn’t waste my time shopping here any more than I wanted to waste my time working here.
I had a copy of my receipt and they would not allow me to return my merchandise. Nowhere in their return policy does it state that a copy is not allowed. I have used copies at other Targets so obviously this is a problem with their establishment. The manager and the cashier were both incredibly rude and unhelpful.
Nice Target. Convenient location for me. Bigger selection. Only place that I have seen with the 2x caffeine Starbucks k-cups.
Always have a good experience until today when this fat light skin bald headed women with glasses in Guest Services rufused to do a price match on an item I’ve gotten there before a month ago! I’ve never heard anything like that before, when you see that it’s lower online than in the store, that it’s not all locations it only applies to one location! What? !? Or the price is linked to a particular location. That item has always been under $40 online. I’ve gone to this Target before and they did a price match with no problem & Walmart doesn’t do that bs and I’ve gone to two Targets and they were able to do a price match! If it states on your damn website that it’s a lower price than in the store then it applies to your store as well. Walmart always do a price match, along with other Targets! Ppl always trying to get more money out of people, will never go to this Target again! Trifling a**!
Terrible customer service. Always out of stock or poorly stocked. And the other day I was shopping and this big african guy was yelling at one of the workers in front of everyone like a dog and she just walks off from him. I was with my children at the checklane and really didn't appreciate that whole ordeal going down in front of them. I have never seen anything like this at a store and certainly not from ANYONE employed with this company. Very unprofessional and I definitely will not be returning to this store! I also have the video showing the entire exchange of words and aggression from him to her.
Rarely do they have what I'm looking for when I'm looking for it which is weird for a target of this size but at least there are a few people willing to help on occasions when you can find someone.
Nothing is ever in stock, multiple times I have found the tag for where an item should be and they are out of stock, even returning a week later it was still out of stock
Still looks new and fresh. Plenty of merchandise layed out for easy shopping. Discount sections available to shop. Grocery section with popular items albeit limited selection if your looking for something rare. Staff is pleasant. Check out has always been fast for me. Has a pizza hut and Starbucks at the front of the store. Plenty of parking spaces available.
I had a very good experience at this target I was looking for something I saw online I got it and I got the online price I believe the man's name was Kyle that help me he went beyond the Call of Duty
Staff stack trash so high on their carts that they cant see where they are going. One staff member struck my friend, leaving a bruise. If you have small children i would not come here for that reason.
Tech department at this location sucks! Something that's suppose to take 10 minutes 15 at the most took longer then 30 minutes. If you need an apple product just go to the Apple store.
I couldn't get Cartwheel to come up and she was rolling her eyes and unfriendly. My children went to Starbucks while I was in line, with money, they were told it was closed, but served others afterwards. I also was walking in the middle of the aislewith a Target employee doing the same but coming from a different direction. She had a scowl on her face so I moved, before she ran me over with the cart. This was a disappointing customer service visit.
The most variable Target I've encountered. This week, I left a cart of items because the checkout was ridiculous. This wasn't the first time.
