Target, Smyrna GA

This Target is always clean and organized. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I prefer to go thru self checkout so I can bag my own purchase and it's 1 less person touching what I am buying, however at this location they have a team member standing at the registers telling you which cashier you can checkout with. I'm not 4, I don't need all that.

Darren made my experience at target amazing! He made sure I found what I was looking for. I was in and out quick with his help. Otherwise I would have been wandering and looking for help but Darren stopped at first sight and asked if I need any help. Thank you Darren!

I absolutely love this Target location! A couple of days ago, I was at Target and my receipt printed very lightly at the self checkout. I needed my receipt to receive my rebate for some things I was grabbing at the store. I went to the service desk and Arianna as well as Sean were the BEST! They had the most positive attitudes and had no problem helping me. Arianna tried to reprint the receipt, but it didn’t allow her to. However, she went above and beyond and got it printed on copy paper instead! I love that instead of sending me away and saying they couldn’t help, they figured out the solution very quickly and were so nice about it!

Another experience actually happened today, I was stopping by to pickup a Drive Up order today and checked in at 1: 17pm, at 1: 19pm, literally 2 minutes later, a nice young lady was at my car and my items were ready to go!

This store is doing AMAZING!

It was easy and so organized- I didn’t have to spend any time inside of the store- not that I don’t love shopping at Target- I Love Target- just not during Christmas time with a pandemic raging!

The Smyrna target displayed terrible customer service. I called about 5 or 6 times looking for a target specific item and no one ever answered the phone.

I shop here all the time. Only reason I’m writing this review is to shoutout Evelyn, who was working the Starbucks by herself. She could’ve had a poor attitude but managed to be kind and work at a pace that was good for herself and others. I hope she sees this. Thanks for your help!

Horrible customer service everybody running around unfriendly not willing to help and just no words horrible customer service

I enjoy my visits to this target. They have an extra friendly greeter/line supervisor person. I have no idea what to cal him, but his spirit is infectious - in a good way. If you were feeling down, I guarantee you'll be better after he greets you. Keep up the great work target and I'll keep coming back.sometimes a few times a week too!
Other perks: Starbucks, small food area, clean, Atlanta sports paraphernalia, groceries and a friendly staff!

This target is always insanely busy and not enough front end staff to support it. There is one aisle of produce available, so a very limited selection of fresh fruits. No deli or bakery. Lots of frozen food and chips/bagged stuff.

I had previously given three stars, but now changing it to 5. Great experience last time I visited. Returns manger was able to make return and purchase happen without red card.

If you are a Funko Pop collector this store is the worst! The Target app will say they have Items in stock only to get there and find out they don’t have any. The “in stock” status will stay the same for days after the last item has sold.

I was rushing to a appointment this afternoon when I stopped at target for a snack I was disgusted there were flies flying around though I still order the popcorn I was disgusted by that as well the popcorn had a spider crawling on it and it was molded. DONT EAT THE POPCORN! Please be careful and aware of that disgusting facility.

Love shopping here but keep an eye out for the runaway carts in the parking lot. The lot is very sloped and carts tend to escape and hit your car along the race down to Cobb Pkwy.

There is a large selection of clothing items, employees have always been polite, and upon returning an item last week the sales associate was very quick with the transaction. I don't think I've ever been able to return an item with such ease!

The store is great. The customer service is terrific and the building is very well organized. The reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 is because the parking lot is on a pretty steep hill and the shopping carts can roll downhill if they're not held by something.

The most lousy thing I've visited today, I wanted to make a purchase and a gross and gross employee named "TANJA" came out with rudeness, I could not bring the amount of products I wanted to take, I almost throws myself on top snatch my credit card by the hand, so that I could not make the payment for self-payment, all the people realized what happened.
RECOMMENDATION: Find better staff for customer service.

They are the worst thing in this place, you are rude, racist, especially an employee named Tanja, I maneoto, I'm going to cancel my credit card, I do not want to know anything about those stores

I love Target, and this one is no exception, but I would have to give it only 4 stars for two reasons:

- the bathrooms are consistently dirty
- the staff is very hit or miss: either super pleasant, professional, and genuine or they won't look at you the entire transaction because they're busy talking to other TMs

I recently went to return an item, and the worker didn't say a word to me besides "you can insert your card. " I didn't even know if she knew what I was trying to do and didn't want her to charge me for something I'd already paid for. I had to wait for her to finish her conversation before I could confirm with her that she was setting up a return transaction. I don't think she said anything else to me besides that confirmation. This has happened before to me here.

Otherwise, it's your standard Target, though recently I think the selection of apparel and shoes has been lackluster.

Ok place to shop when it’s not too busy. Not an ok place to work if your in grocery department.
