Target, Columbus GA

On 12-21-22 I was in target in Columbus ga. And drop my bill fold in the bath room. I didn’t notice it was gone until I got home a hour later! I call and someone found it and turned it in to customer service. I’m so thankful and yes everything was still inside! Even the cash thank you lord for placing the right person at target to look out for me. Great employees

I Love Target, but the Drive Up was trash today. Normally they are good, but today, they Obviously gave part of my order to someone else. Because they canceled several items AFTER I arrived. And just to Throw salt on the wound, the kid who brought the rest of my things to me decided to lie to me and say "there were a few things on your order that were canceled because they were unavailable, but it was just dumb stuff like Honey and something to walk a dog. " It was the Disrespect for me. I guess when I order stuff for pickup, I will set it to go in myself from now on as not to give these children they hire the opportunity to just my stuff away. I didnt have time to park and go in to just buy it again so Now I have to make a whole other trip out there to get it later. Gas ain't cheap, children.

Such a disappointment some of the newer managers to this location are so nasty and feel like they can treat customers/guest disrespectful and be nasty. Manager “Jock” and “Martina” need seriously intense training. I hope the district manager does reach out and can have them re trained.

Spent 150.00 in stocking stuffers, service give me a dark red bag to hide what was inside, from my 16yr old, OUTSTANDING SERVICE, Merry Christmas!

We were refused service and discriminated against for needing wic for our baby. They just accepted our wic vouchers 2 weeks ago and have accepted them many times over the last 7 months, now suddenly they refuse to accept it and the cashier puts the formula under her register and refuses to even allow us to purchase it with cash.

I love the convenience of ordering online and picking my items up in the store. My orders are always accurate and ready quickly and it saves on shipping costs. It also gives me the opportunity to look through the dollar area and grab a starbucks!

Love Target but don’t bother doing drive up or pick up in Columbus because they clearly don’t even look for the items you are requesting. I was told 4 items were no longer available so I drove to the store and went in and found every one of the items. This was within an hour of being told they were not available so I don’t believe they were “restocked” after the employee supposedly looked for them to fulfill my order.

I love Target so much it has everything you need in one place I just wish my Target had more stock and could keep more stuff in stock.

Very clean store, staff is real friendly. Also go out of the way to make sure u get what ur looking for.

Phyllis helped me with my exchange and return. She was so helpful and lovely and so kind and personable to every customer. Give this woman a raise!

I really appreciate the drive-up pick-up for online orders. I also had to return a couple of items recently and it was a breeze. Employees are also very curious and helpful.

The worst target store ever. I was a target fan for so many years but this target in particular is so messy children clothes all over the floor. Extremely rude employees huge mess all over the store and empty shelves. Target is starting looking worst than walmart.

I love the dollar spot area at Targets. The curbside is the best. I never have to wait no more than 5 minutes or less. Targets has a Tabitha Brown collection and I'm so excited. Living in Alabama there are not to many good shopping areas. Targets is my favorite store.

Ordering online and picking up from target I had an awesome experience people were friendly it was clean it was fast and simple no problem at all

The customer service is horrible! It seems like they just hire anyone these days! The associate that checked me out was young, unprofessional and extremely rude! I’m glad that I was more mature than her and didn’t respond to her the way that she deserved!
