This is definitely one of the nicer Targets that I have visited. The interior is not only huge, but it's very clean, and even the quality of the produce seems good. It's like mixing a classic Target with a Kroger. The prices are reasonable and don't seem inflated even given the location. You could pretty much find everything you'd need to live off of just by shopping here, and you'd likely be okay with that.

This store is huge. I have never seen a Target this size before. What really blew my mind the most, was the fact this Target has a deli section. This deli depart even offers rotisserie chickens. Other than the grocery side of the store, you still have your clothes and home wares. For this store to have so many things to go through. I am impressed with how clean and organized everything was. I would say though, since the majority of the customers do self checkout. They should pay a little more attention in keeping this area cleaner.

Since when it’s ok for dogs to be in the shopping cart where people have to put grocery? Brought this to the attention of the cashier as I was checking out, she looked at the person with the dog in the cart and said I should report it to the manager. Unsanitary!

As a former Employee this is the WORST target ever! HR is Never avaliable via phone or anything else …They work you like a dog because they don’t have any employees and then they get upset when it’s mentioned that you can’t stay longer than your shift.this target needs some serious re managing!

One of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. All the staff is super polite and happy to assist. One worker (I believe her name was Reynolda) went above and beyond to help us find an item misplaced in the store. The store itself if very clean and organized. Will be happy to return.

Regardless of my visit, it’s never a bad experience. The customer service and helpful employees is always top notch.

I have really gotten into the online ordering for pick up as it saves so much time. The real time notification when an item is out of order makes the process even better.

I’m really giving five stars for the employees in the dressing room area. That’s the hardest place in a store, and each employee I engage with, is always beaming a friendly smile and offering to help.

In addition to the market, there’s also a Starbucks and CVS pharmacy located inside.

This score is for the poor customer I received and the condition of the store. I needed a different size shirt for my son so I came to this location to see if they had it. I went to customer service to do a return. I had 4 other items with me including the bigger size shirt for my son. I informed the cashier that I would like to purchase the items. He told me I would have to stand in line again at the registers to check out. I asked if he couldn't just ring me up since I'm already here. He said no again. I was like of the so you can only do returns here? He said yes. I initially asked to do an exchange because I was just getting a different size. He said the system doesn't allow exchanges. The sign literally says Exchanges/Returns. This is very bad customer service there was no one behind me. When I was waiting there were 2 ppl in front of me. I had to wait in line again to check out. This person needs more training. I asked to speak to a manager conveniently they were ALL in a meeting. I tried to call back and speak to someone but they don't answer their phone. Please do better in respecting ppls time.

This Target has so many food items on the shelf that are expired. I’ve tried to report this through the proper channels, but all I get are emails saying to send photos for a refund. I have bought items and not realize until I went to use them later that day, they were expired by over a month. When I’ve had photos, I’ve sent them in, but I don’t always have photos. I’m also not nearly as concerned about a refund as I am that this just stops happening. Clearly writing to support does nothing. All they are concerned about is the refund. Stop giving me a refund and just fix the problem. I don’t like writing bad public reviews, be this problem is not being addressed.

Employees are impossible to find and seem uninterested in helping. The hair dryer I was looking for is $20 less on Amazon.

I totally enjoy shopping at Target Stores. I like that I’m able to not only shop for househoilf items, but food, clothing’, skincare and electronics. It’s my 1 stop shopping experience. I appreciate the friendly staff, product availability, cleanliness of the store and PARKING LOT. All of these things matter to me. I enjoy the In circle rewards and the discounts I get using my Red Card. I can also get my Starbucks on the way out!

Update to my six year old review.

These guys absolutely gave up on updating the shelf price tags. One item I regularly buy changed price twice in the past year, it is still showing the old price on the shelf.
Oh, and the recent store layout update raises an eye brow, it is nothing but confusing.

For many people who live around here it is the closest store for the most essential things for your house, plus a small supermarket. Great hours, plenty of parking.

Today, while at the Target in Dunwoody I had a wonderful time walking around their beautiful store. It has been a long time since I had the opportunity to go on a Target run. Lately, I have been doing more shopping on Amazon and online due to safety and convenience.

However, while I was checking out, I noticed a man in a black hoodie with a disposable mask on, lingering around the checkout aisle “looking at magazines”. He was not doing anything wrong, but his lingering was a little offsetting. I ended up getting a lot of stuff that I had to unload onto the cashier's belt (so it took some time) and he still remained there for an unusual amount of time. At this point, I was almost certain that he was eavesdropping on the conversation between the cashier and I. At one point we made eye contact, but we both looked away and I just proceeded to check out. He made eye contact again and then with the cashier. You could only see his eyes due to his hoodie and the mask covering his face. The cashier and I then both discussed how we were feeling a little uneasy about the gentleman hanging around.

The wonderful cashier named Ingrid offered to get her manager to have someone walk me to my car. I appreciated her offering, and I figured it was probably best to be safe than sorry. While checking me out Ingrid asked two of her colleagues walking by to help her and both of them blew her off and told told her that they could not help her. Ingrid remained professional, calm and persistent in helping me and when the third Target employee came by and they also told her they could not help her because they didn’t have a walkie-talkie I stepped in and told them that we needed help and we needed to speak to the security guard or someone that could help us. The employees that passed her by did not acknowledge me or her and they did not know if we were actually in trouble. Thank goodness we were not at the time.

Ingrid was patient, kind, understanding, and made me feel completely at ease for even telling her that I felt uncomfortable. I felt a little weird myself, even saying I was uncomfortable, which is sometimes a hard thing to do. She was absolutely so helpful and kept apologizing. We finally got help from Norma the security guard was absolutely wonderful. She kindly helped me walk to my car and made sure everything was OK. Ingrid and Norma deserve praise! Let’s hope that I actually wasn’t going to be in trouble, but if I were people like those are people that I want around me when I am. I am very appreciative of Norma and Ingrid today and their superior customer service!

I know this post sounds paranoid, but… I was not the only person feeling it. I left the store relieved that I had such wonderful help from Ingrid and Norma. What was a little upsetting was the people who did not offer to help us even when we were asking for it. The two employees that passed us by did not even appear to be that busy, but they were not engaging and trying to help Ingrid at all or me for that matter. You never know what can happen, and I don’t even know what made me ask for help. I am grateful that Ingrid did not treat me like the other employees did there and made me feel welcome and at home and safe.

The staff is rude (esp the ladies fitting room). Unhelping and bad behavior is common if you ask for help! I would never come back here again!

The worst place I’ve ever been to very rude and not handycap friendly no way to get around if you can’t walk not going there anymore I’ll just spent my money at Walmart
