Target, Carrollton GA

It's cleaner than it used to be, no piles of stuff laying everywhere. A cashier would be nice though. Not everyone wants to do self check out.

Ashton that works in the clothing department is literally the best! Store was about to close and be my friend had a buggy full of clothes that she needed to try on for an important meeting the next morning. Ashton, let us take our time and use the dressing room. My friend found two perfect outfits. Thank you Ashton for your kindness!

Every time I try to buy a posted sale item, I get to the register and they try and charge me full price. Terrible customer service. Send someone back to look and review the signs you have posted. The people that work here act like they get a share of whatever they sell

Why is Drive Up closed? A heads-up would have been nice, before I showed up with a sleeping infant and had to leave without my order.
I got an email that said, “Your drive-up order is ready. ” Only to find out that it wasn’t a drive-up order after all…

Went in to just grab a remote for my son's Xbox. We were right in and right out. It's always so clean and kept up. Cashier in electronics was so polite and very helpful when it came to getting the remote. She informed us that they had two other ones and that they were cheaper if we would prefer that instead. But you know, every time that I have been in Target, it has never been a terrible experience. It has always been a great visit. There's nothing like Walmart because I would rather stab myself in the eye than go in there. So thank you, Target, for all your hard work and the dedicated employees to keep it going every day.

It's a great place to buy a cell phone, fantastic price the sales clerk was very helpful and the store has different departments all through it a great place to.

While I was checking out with several clothing items, the (fake redhead) employee working that area went open a register and check some out who had a cart full of items. Before she left she said to the employee in guest services "Can you keep an eye on her? " I was the only HER in the shelf check out. A 40 year old Black female, with no intent on stealing anything. If she was so concerned about me stealing anything or concerns that I might need help with my transaction she could have opened a register and offered to check me out.

Place was wreck when my wife and I went in to shop. This store used to be always in tip top shape and everything was neat and organized with NO items in the floor to be ran over by.

This is the second time I went there the men’s clothing all over the floor big mess in November I went baby clothes all over the floor and this was around 10am I expect more out of target then no lines were open except 2 self check outs but yet they had employees everywhere the manager that was on duty was talking to another associate I asked her if this was the only lines opened she smartly told me yes I told her my mother is 82 years old she didn’t want to do that she continued talking finally another associate came to help my mother she said I’m so sorry we are short staffed I’m so tired of hearing that excuse when that manager could have opened up a register there were so many employees on the floor that morning I will never shop there again

Kamren is amazing. Extremely helpful and he has a great way of talking with customers. We moved to Carrollton last year and have seen him taking care of people several times. I have no doubt he will be running the store someday. We’ll keep coming back because of him.

Target, I expect more. During midday, there should be at least one checkout associate. I had a buggy full and self checkout was my only option even though multiple associate were standing in the area. Also, stocking shelves during the day makes it very difficult to get down the aisles with a buggy. This shopping experience left me feeling like I had gone to Walmart.

Worst drive-up service i have ever recieved. Employee did not say a word to me. Was rude. Had no smile on her face. And slammed my door after she put the item i ordered in my backseat. Probably wont be back
