Target, Snellville GA

Save your time and go to another Target that actually cares. This store has bad guest service and horrible checkout times.

Did the Online pickup order on Jan. 11th around 6pm for one thing. Got there about an hour later, store was completely dead inside (Literalky NO ONE was in there) and order still wasn’t ready. The guy at customer service said it takes 2 hours for online orders to be done (the little disclaimer when you order says WITHIN two hours, not exactly two hours or more than two hours. Decided to just go get it myself instead of wait another hour for the employees to decide and get it. Took me 5 mins to go in and grab it.
Ordered two things today (Jan. 16th) in the Bethlehem location and order was done in 15 minutes. Snellville Target is just terrible, I’ll drive the extra miles to go to Bethlehem Target, way better service.

It is always a happy place. You can get everything you need and it was neat and clean and stocked

This target is very organized and clean. It’s great until you get ready to check out and they only have 1 lane open and 20 people in line. I come at least once a week and I dread having to checkout. If I had extra time I’d definitely drive the extra way to the target on Lawrenceville-Suwanee so much more efficient.

Not the best, not the worst. This location's in-stocks are great and rarely have unusual out of stocks. The Team Member engagement is always friendly and helpful when sought out. In 3 years of patronage, there has never been any food quality issues, out of dates, etc. And the Guest Services Team Members try and mostly succeed at making most reasonable issues right.
Getting in and out of this location, especially during high traffic volume, is cumbersome.

Target order pick up was awesomely quick. The only issue is that sometimes I can’t find what I need available via the site to add to my cart. Overall a great experience. The associate was walking to my car before I even parked.

Goodwill is organized better. I drove across town because it showed the item I wanted in stock in the size I needed. They did not have the dress I wanted in store at all it any size. When o asked he associate to help me she had no interest, told me she would have to have someone search the entire women’s deparment. Very unorganized, messy and unfriendly service.

I was discriminated at the Snellville store for been Hispanic from the Manager Tiffany and Tommy. The worse customer service, I have ever experienced in my life. I will never shopped at Target or anyone of my family will too. I will share my video and experience with everyone. I will report the discrimination to corporate and in the news.

Customer service. I asked her for help and the customer service rep was very nice. However, I get to the check out line with two heavy cat litter containers. I managed to get them on the the check out counter bely.but the cashier did not put them in the cart nor he did not asked me if I need help.he actually walked away while my bags and litter were still on the counter. This happened on 04/28/2018 approximately 5: 40-6: 40pm.

Visited the Snellville store on April 3rd with my 4.5 yr grandson. Your customer friendly Nick near electronics & toys assisted us to all the departments & was very helpful & my grandson thanked Nick for his help. We found the early Birthday gift for him & soon after we checked out. Very pleasant visit & we will return to this store.

Friendly and helpful employees here. Very clean and organized. However, there gender neutral toy sections, and their new restroom policies are unacceptable. Target has become a last resort for me.

It's Christmas time and it's busy yet They were able to get us in and out. Cartwheel App is the best. 50% off a toy I was already going to buy!

I only went to Target because I was given gift cards for Christmas. It wasn't easy to even find anything that I wanted to buy. I don't know what I'm going to do with the other gift card. I hope I can find something else when I go back.

Found what I came for this trip. Shopped a little and went through checkout without having to wait in line. Great shopping experience!

I wanted to buy a new cell phone but NOBODY ever came to help me. I have only been to this store a couple of times and the biggest turn off is the stinch coming from their little food bar. Each visit it smells like burned food or dirty grease. It is enough to make your stomach turn.

Bad customer service and dirty store. Product everywhere on the floor actual food on the floor. Not coming back

Target what can I say. A great place I love target. I always find what I need for me and my family. Nice kids clothing at great prices. The employees look like they enjoy being at work good customer assistance

Pretty nice people. Clean store. Not too hard to find a good parking space at any time of the day.

The associates are very heip full and friendly. The store is neat and clean. I was able to find what i needed quickly. Overall it was a pleasant experience

This store isn’t very well stocked most of the time and staff is hard to find, but what do you expect for a chain store?
