Target, Kennesaw GA

Did a drive up order and my order was wrong. I had to go back to get the correct product. There was nothing done about the inconvenience.

It was easy and quick to get the items I needed especially on my wedding day. I will be using Target Pick Up again:)

Garrett was amazing. He helped me with such a difficult return and I could not have been more pleased. He was so kind and sweet to us! Will shop here again just because of him.

Always a great shopping experience at target. I used self checkout and scanned my first item twice.

Awesome experiences always. Great location for early morning shopping as the associates are always willing to assist and stock is out at opening so you rarely have to wait for things.

Went in there earlier this afternoon and was nicely greeted by an employee wiping down all the carts, she seemed to be nicely welcoming everyone. I don't go here that often only because it's a little out of my way but it always seems clean. Today I noticed how much they're trying to keep the place sanitized because of Covid, example being the cart cleaner and another one being another employee wiping down all the handles and doors in the frozen department. Another employee while I was waiting in line complimented my shirt which was sweet. After, shopping I had to pick up an item at customer service and the employee there was very quick and friendly. I actually left there in such a good mood just because of how clean and friendly it was at the store! Parking lot is almost always busy but that seems to be the case with most shops around here.

I love this Target! It’s newly remodeled and (almost) everything is so nice and clean. They have a good selection and very nice employees. The one negative thing I have to say is that their restrooms are always dirty every time I have been and smell like a mixture of BO and wet dogs. A little air freshener would go a long way! It’s surprising that they didn’t freshen up the restrooms with the remodel!

Have to be honest Target is my wife's favorite and not mine, but of all of the targets I've been forced to endure this one is pretty nice. The staff are always super friendly and the store is kept up very well. Plus there's a Starbucks, and coffee almost always makes things more tolerable.

I love Target. I really am obsessed. So this is not a review concerning products or staff because those are all great. I have been to this location on multiple occasions and the bathrooms are ALWAYS filthy. There is really no excuse for this being the constant. So my review is reflective of the bathrooms. In general, I feel this store could use a bit of an update to help with the overall cleanliness.

Nice selection, wait times aren't bad depending on the day their is usually a supervisor nearby who sees the long line and will get an employee to open a register

Terrible customer service experience tonight. Went to purchase a television. Online it said they had 4 available. Called to confirm and they said they did. Waited 30 minutes for an employee to just tell me that there's "a 50/50 chance that information is correct". And they did not have any in stock. Offered no solution or option to order in store. Went to customer service where I was told they needed the "equipment" in order to order it in store. Was sent to the fitting rooms where the employee had said equipment. They did not have the equipment but told me to order it on the target app. I explained that there wasn't that option available to order it through app and was offered no resolution. An hour later and no tv or explanation on how to purchase said tv. Extremely displeased with this interaction tonight. I've received better customer service at wal mart.

Store is practically with a lot of employees empty yet in the customer service line there is no one available to assist us. Very poor customer servicr

I love shopping here. Target always has what I need when other stores do not. Workers are nice and respectful.

Had to find a pair of yoga pants that were cute and comfortable but at a good price. Everywhere else I looked didn't have a good selection or was too expensive, until I went to target, which had a great selection at a great price.

My target experience was amazing! I went to go get stuff for slime and I got help when I needed. The person at the woman at the cash register was super nice, when I said something she interacted! I in all had great time at Target.

So sick and tired of black people calling us white folks racist but, they are what the hell! I went there yesterday stood in line to check out at number 11she told me to go away she was leaving for break then here comes a black girl shes says ohh I will take you hunny. NEVER will I go to that target again! Ridiculous! Was about 4pm when this happened! Never again will I return here!

Mediocre customer service not very attentive two customers not too many selections at this store

I'm one of those people that regularly calls target "Tar-jay" so you know I'm bourgeoise. I like target they're just overpriced.

This location always has what we need. Parking is fine. Not the most convenient in and out but there are lights going both directions.

This target location is a decent store. It seems they were attempting to be a super target but failed. Everything in the store is pretty much a target except the grocery section it seems to be an after thought more like a convince store rather than a grocery store like others I've been. Recommended for everything but groceries!
