If there was a zero star, that would’ve been my rating. I applied for internet service months ago. I’m still waiting. Every time when I call, they review the address, tell me that there is a bad payment history on this address and that they are at “full capacity. ” I just need to wait for a cancellation or expansion (and they can’t tell me when that will happen). I am a new owner! The payment history is not mine! Am I penalized for the previous owner’s mistakes? How can a company that has the monopoly in that area be at “full capacity” and not doing something about it? This is THE WORST customer service that I’ve ever experienced.

Once our installation date was assigned, things went fast. Fiber was connected, the installer showed up and tested our connection. Speed is amazing. We have fiber and cable Internet at other properties, but this is the best mix of price and performance.

The fastest internet I have ever owned for real! It was installed only days after I called for service and I was given extras and the best customer service out of any company before.

Vanisha hung up on me twice, refused to help or answer my questions at all and gave me extreme attitude when I was trying to find a solution for my problem. The internet AND customer service has earned their 1 star rating. If zero were an option, I'm sure it would be that.

You can Cancel and they don't "pro rate" the service. They will charge you a whole next month even if you don't use it! This Company is LAUGHABLE LOOK AT THE REVIEWS THEY TELL THE STORY! Don't waste your money or time.
