Omar arrived promptly and was very professional. He had a new hot water tank installed in 2 hours! We are very thankful for the quick service.

Kevin fixed a problem with my new thermostat that required a new wire to run the humidifier. His expertise and professionalism was outstanding.

I had an issue with my GFCI not resetting. They came out and troubleshooted the problem which turned out to be a bad seal on my sump pump. Water would periodically spray on the outlet triggering the GFCI. They arrived on time, were friendly and very through in finding the problem.

Adam was great! He was professional, explained the work and finished earlier than he estimated. Would recommend to anyone who needs electrical work done.

I have used TE Certified for several years and I'm always impressed by their service. I had them out today for a maintenance check of my furnace and HVAC system and the service was great, as expected. Excellent Customer Service! They were able to many of the items on my wish list right away. Jordon and Wilson were professional, helpful and polite. I have more work to be done and I will be asking for these guys to come back. The pricing was very fair and they explained everything in detail to me and showed me areas of concern and what was needed. I really appreciated the honesty and hard work they put in to get me what I wanted.

Needed a bad GFI replaced and switches and ceiling fixture changed out. Tyler was friendly, efficient, and took care of everything.

Jordan responded very quickly and was able to diagnose our problem. He was courteous and took the time to explain the problem. We ultimately chose to have the problem fixed by our regular electrician but I would be confident using Jordan again when any problems arise.
