Alvin was professional, knowledgeable, and provided exellent customer service. Once we spoke on the phone, he was able to come to my residence within 30 minutes to begin troubleshooting my surface pro 4. Would highly recommend for anyone experiencing computer issues in the Atlanta metro area.

I used this company to repair a networking problem that i had at my office. They were able to get all of my computers back online. Theuy also repaired a computer that wold not turn on. The tech was very helpful with tips on how to prvent these issuesin the future.

I love this company. The tech was a superstar. We had different problems with 5 of our computers. He was able to get the all repaired. This is by far the best computer repair company that I have used in Atlanta.

Caveat emptor.

The service was great, the tech was awesome. Everything service-wise was awesome; however, I wasn't informed until the parts we're added to my machine that 1) My computer's processor wouldn't be able to handle the new upgraded hardware I was adding to it, and 2) once the parts are opened, there's no refunding or returning them (apparently, by law?). I'm deeply disappointed and feel cheated out of almost $600 worth of hardware. Since I'm a student, this is a big blow to my personal finances. I would make sure you ask all of these questions and more because the fact is, they we're able to make a quick $600 without informing me about my processor speed.

I experienced today significant PC issues which made my life difficult to say the least!

I called Tech Atlanta Computer Repair and spoke with a Mr. David Wilson who was most receptive to my need for immediate help. David offered several options including in home service, a drop off service at their office and or remote service.

We decided under the circumstances, remote service was the most efficient and cost effective option. After 30 minutes, David had accessed my PC, diagnosis the issue and allow me to recover my PC format, set my primary browser and most importantly help me fully understand what caused the problem to begin!

I am back up and running seamlessly thanks to David, Tech Atlanta Computer Repair!
