These guys are very helpful and knowledgable. After searching for a solution to a problem with my iPad Pro, and after being on the phone with Apple, I went here and they fixed the problem in seconds!

Made an appointment through apple and drove 40mins only to be told he couldn't repair my phone screen until the next day. Said apple sets appointments every 5 mins not him, and he can't control them even though it was not busy. Don't expect to be helped same day just because you have an appointment.

I cannot say enough good things about the service I have received from Scott and the guys at Techmonk. From the minute I walked into the shop I felt that they had my best interests at heart. They have been helpful, communicative, understanding and all round awesome. Thank you so much Scott. I will recommend you and the team to absolutely everybody I know who owns an Apple product.

I just want to say that I was absolutely sad because T-Mobile couldn’t help me with my phone warranty… and i came to them with my iPhones back shatter and they went above and beyond to make it happen for me! They are absolutely amazing! I am absolutely happy for their support! And recommend them 100%

Booked an appointment at this location to get my AirPods repaired I was able to get a replacement since I had apple care on them and was able to pick up my AirPods within the same week Scott & Marquis were very helpful & provided great service

I don’t know about everyone else but I walked in with a broken screen on an iPhone and walked back out within 45 mins with a phone that almost look new, Thanks to Marquis. Real down to Earth person!

I had phone issues with the new IOS update. Scott was very patient and helpful during the whole experience. I would go back to Tech Monk for future issues with my phone (hopefully I won’t have any).

Scheduled a 6: 20pm screen repair from apple to this location. Drove 25 mins to this spot only for the lazy employee to tell me to come back tomorrow? After glancing at his watch, it was enough body language to let me know that he didn't want to service my phone an hour and 40 mins before closing. Unprofessional don't book here.

I took my phone into TechMonk last month because the outside camera lens on my iPhone was broken. I was told it would cost me $350 since they were unable to fix just the lens, but instead had to take out the entire camera and replace it. This was about $50 more than Best Buy quoted, but I went ahead and paid it because this place is closer to me and more convenient. Big mistake.

When I went to pick up my phone, I was informed that they had ripped out MY ENTIRE PHONE and replaced it with all new hardware. Why? They could not tell me. The camera was fixed, but because my phone contacts were not backed up, I lost all of my contacts from the past 10 years. Thankfully, my photos were already backed up. I literally had to take my phone to Verizon to have them reactivate it from scratch. There was no need for TechMonk to rip out my entire phone. And even if it was necessary, why wasn’t I notified ahead of time so that I could ensure all of my data was backed up? Extreme negligence by the place. Not sure why it’s a verified Apple partner/retailer because it does not meet standards in my opinion. The clerk’s name was Scott, and while he did admit fault, he did not provide me with even a partial refund, which I feel was warranted in this situation. I definitely will not be returning here again.

My Account was just charged $741.99 by this company. I'm hundreds of miles away and have never heard of this establishment. When asked for a refund or cancellation of the charge, I was told there was nothing that can be done. I've been robbed and no one seems to care. Very dissatisfied.

Someone stole my phons while I was having a gathering in the park. I ran into the store requesting some advice on how to find my phone. Scott helped me find my phone by pulling up a map and showing me where it might be. I found it and I thank Scott very kindly for his help!

Thanks to Kristen I was able to solve the problem with my iPhone, I was very stressed but she was so professional, friendly and concerned about being able to solve my problem that made the experience pleasant and satisfactory. I really recommend this place
