Had a great experience with TechWizards - brought my old rig in as it was freezing and not starting up at all. They diagnosed my PC and helped me create a hybrid build with some of my existing and new parts. They explained everything in detail and the pricing was very fair. I'm very happy with my new (ish) PC!

These guys are fantastic! Quick turnaround, professional, very reasonable prices. Water seeped into my Macbook Pro (don't *ever* have liquid on a table around any Mac. The rear cooling vents are perfectly level with the horizontal surface it sits on, and the vents are right next to the Logic Board inside the computer; so as soon as *any* water or liquid gets in the vents, the fans turn on and literally splash the liquid all over the inside of the computer- Lesson: Macs are efficient, sleek, and cool, but keep water on a different surface) and immediately the liquid damage was done. Logic Board was soon corroded, other parts corroded, liquid inside the Logic Board, immediate pixel line through screen, and then my Mac wouldn't even turn on or boot up. Applecare + won't even touch water damage. They say to replace the whole thing. Terry and Ashley went through my Mac, dried out and cleaned all the parts, did sonic cleaning to the Logic Board, replaced my screen and replaced a fan. Then Terry ran several diagnostics. Very, very reasonable price.man, does that beat $1300 for a new Mac! I had encrypted the entire computer, and had the encryption key written down.and Terry and Ashley were very patient with me as I entered the encryption key incorrectly several times. (Here's a secret with working with the owner Ashley- just be nice, and she's really nice right back. Even delightful! My suspicion is that if you're impatient, disrespectful, mean or short with her, wellll you'll get what you have coming- she's fair, straight to the point, and caring.). Ashley and Terry treated me like a "special customer". I would gladly take any of my computers to them to work on. Great service, Great prices on the parts, and Great price on the labor. They built a nice gaming PC for me, it turned out really great. And help me with updating and any problems with it. They do good work, and very helpful.

It’s unfortunate that honesty isn’t the norm, but when you find an honest business you’re their customer for life. These are honest and helpful people. I’d been struggling with a computer problem for sometime and sent them an email asking if they could help. They responded quickly giving me an education on the issue I was facing, asked a few questions and gave me some solutions. They said if I couldn’t do it myself to bring my machine in and theyd do it for me for a small and fair fee. I ended up solving the problem myself with the information they gave me.

Had my Xbox’s HDMI replaced about 2 months ago and have had problems with it ever since then. The screen is always flickering black and cutting out not too satisfying for paying around 80 dollars

I brought my phone here for screen replacement. I called ahead to inquire about cost and length of time it would take (I use my phone alot for work). They were super nice both on phone and in person. The cost was less than I expected and I had my phone back within a few hours- working and looking perfect! I am very pleased with service here. Thank you for your excellent service!
