Nice guy but after a week and 2 screens later, i think i will have to go elsewhere and get it replaced again. It must be a knock off screen.it has a black spot, i no longer have fingerprint capabilities, the screen overheats & drains the battery to the point that i have to charge it every 4 hours, the screen keeps going black, i could go on. He told me the second repair would take a couple hours and it took 4 days with ME having to reach out every day to ask whats going on. Then it wasnt even ready when we got there to pick it up several hours after he said it would be ready. Im honestly surprised by the good reviews. Maybe he is better with iPhones? Sorry Tess! Youre a nice person but im out $280 for nothing but headaches and i really would not trust you with my phone again.
I don't know about the service to repair phones. I was looking for a car for my phone, which they didn't have not one.
I brought my Pixel 6 Pro in for a complicated repair, and it was taken care of in the best way. Very courteous, professional, and timely work!
The gentlemen helping me was polite and professional. He was very helpful and was able to fix my phone quickly. As a flight attendant, I would Uber back to him to get other work done if I get another Atlanta overnight.
We had an IPhone requiring a new battery due to swelling. Tried to make an appointment at the Apple store but there were no immediate appointments. I called Tess Communications, spoke to the owner, he gave me a fair price and fixed the phone within 30 minutes although there were 3 people ahead of me. One of the people was an elderly woman who did not understand the functionality of her phone. The owner explained everything to her in a matter in which she understood, freed up some of her memory, was very attentive and refused to accept a payment from her. I highly recommend this establishment.
