The Freakin Incan reviews
16First time in a PERUVIAN restaurant after several visits to GA. The flavor of the huancaina is very good, the covered rice 10/10 and the cause with the touch of spiciness is just right. My boyfriend ordered rice with chicken and it was excellent. We are going to come back. We were surprised by the quick service and warmth of the staff. Reasonable price in relation to quality and quantity.
Best Lomo Saltado I've been able to find. All of the food is flavorful, hot, and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend for any Peruvian fans out there
This place is so good. Stopped in a few years ago and then forgot about it until recently and went back.
Absolutely love thos place. I have never had Purovein food before and didn't know what I have been missing.
Everything here is really good!
I have had a chance to eat a bunch of different things off the menu and have really enjoyed all of them. The service has been excellent as well
We have brought many of our friends here, and they have all loved it, as well.
We stopped here before catching a movie at the Movie Tavern and we had a great experience! We absolutely enjoyed their empanadas as they were bigger than expected and the papa rellena was delicious! I definitely recommend stopping by before a movie or afterwards! It is a bit pricey but their food is worth it!
Food is amazing! Service was lacking but the place was busy and there wasn't a lot of staff so no big deal.
Food really good. Service OK, atmosphere OK. But like I said the food is really good. Oh and the cookies are delish.
Amazing food. We brought my in-laws here recently after telling them about it. My mother in law is Peruvian. They absolutely loved it. We’ve never had a bad experience here.
Been coming here for years but today’s experience was a total disappointment! Starting with the service, or lack of service I should say. Andrea was our server and was totally off. Didn’t care about what she was doing and very aloof. Had to ask for water 3 times and also every time we wanted a refill. Appetizers came out and she never even cleared our plates before the entrees arrived. Had to ask to please remove appetizer plates. Two of the hot entrees came out but my ceviche took over 10 minutes to come out. She wasn’t the least bit concerned that everyone was waiting while their food was getting cold. When my ceviche finally arrived, it was the wrong ceviche. My husband couldn’t finish his entrees so she brought 1 to go container and didn’t bother to ask anyone if they needed one. I did but had to wait until she came
back around. My Mother could
not eat her lomito Saltado because it was too salty. Thinking she may have been exaggerating I tried it and it was awful! It had no taste and extremely salty.
The pisco sours were not right either. My Mom didn’t finish hers because it didn’t taste good.
Don’t know what happened to this place but after the horrible service and not so good food today, not sure we’ll be coming back.
Hopefully management/owners will care about this review and properly train their staff on the basic 101’s of service.
Also, people can add salt but can’t take it off. Stop adding so much salt to your food. Completely unnecessary and unhealthy.
Wow. I have known about this place for a while and finally stopped in. Without a doubt I will be back. The pollo saltado was off the charts good. I also tried the jalapeno cilantro hot sauce as well as the yellow pepper hot sauce, both were just as good as everything else.
If you haven't stopped in you are missing out, one of the best meals I have had in months.
I ordered the Chicken Lomo Saltado from the food truck that came to our neighborhood. It was as fantastic and can’t wait to visit the restaurant and maybe catch an Atlanta United game
Such a great restaurant! We bought some side dishes as catering orders while helping a family member recover from a surgery that made eating difficult. They kept well and provided for weeks of meals.
The steak salad is tasty, with good ratios of ingredients. The arroz con pollo is unique, many of the lomo options, and the rest of the menu is on our list - we’re working our way through it!
Great little place! Food was ok. Very unique food options. I was not overly impressed by the flavors though. Atmosphere was wonderful, very lively. Service was a little slow but the food came out quick.
Amazing and authentic food! I spent last summer in Peru and the food here is exactly the same and so tasty. Highly recommend!
Small, casual dining room with table service. Big on flavor. The house made sauces are delicious.
Everything was well prepared and fresh.
Great Traditional Peruvian food. My favs are Anticuchos, Ceviche, Choritos a la chalaca, Seco de res and the well-known Pisco Sour Cocktail. My place to go whenever I want to have a great meal!

Today I wanted to spoiled myself.so I went for Anticuchos (right), Ceviche de Pescado (left) and Pisco Sour. It was fantastic! Peruvian food is something else and the freakin incan will never disappoint you!
