Went to buy a grill, both for the 4th and because we have been frequently losing electricity during storms. It would be nice to have a small gas grill that we could use to heat food even when electricity is out. Anyway, we found a nice one we liked with the help of a friendly employee named Erin. It was going to be our first grill purchase so she walked us through certain features, pros and cons, etc. We decided on one that said it would come with free assembly and delivery. Apparently you have to go through a customer service rep to schedule those things. Where Erin was great, the lady at customer service was not. She was rude, abrupt, and not interested in helping us. She claimed delivery was extra and it took several times of Erin pointing out the sign that said free delivery for her to grudgingly let it go. Then, she said assembly guys are only in one day a week and won’t be in until next week. Fine, can we buy the display. She doesn’t know, doesn’t want to sell it to us, doesn’t care to waste her precious time asking a manager. Erin to the rescue again, she contacts the manager and manager says we can buy the display that is already assembled. Great! Except customer service lady doesn’t want to schedule delivery. Says when it can be delivered all depends on the system but doesn’t want to check and let us know what the system says. Fine. At this point, I’m not sure if she just doesn’t like us, is having a bad day, doesn’t like Erin, or just hates her job. Regardless, not my fault. If you’re in customer service, at least attempt to be friendly and helpful. I told Erin she was great and thanked her for her help and said nevermind. We will just “grill” on our little inside George Foreman grill. I’m not twisting anyone’s arm into taking our money. I hope that lady’s day improved and I hope she’s not under the delusion it is acceptable to always be that rude to her coworkers and customers. The three stars is for Erin who was great and helpful.

Drove 20 miles to buy 1 of the 2 Makita 18v impact wrenches that the web site said we're there. I couldn't find any for sale and neither could the clerk I asked to help

Very friendly staff in the garden center. They helped us find everything we needed and saved us a lot of time.

The girls in the paint department were great. Friendly, helpful and got me fixed up with my paint.

Looking to replace 2 inch blind valence with something larger and a bit more decorative but couldn't find anything. One of managers suggested moulding and using Velcro. Found some 3 1/2 inch wide moulding and they even cut it for me! Putting it up now and it looks great!

Very helpful staff. They know where everything is and most of them are retired construction guys so they can usually give you some advise on your projects.

I recently purchased an appliance bundle for my kitchen. On delivery day everything went down hill quickly. Two guys from Atlanta brought my appliances but since they didnt have the correct code on their paperwork they said they couldnt remove my old appliances. I called the store and they corrected the issue and contacted the drivers manager with an OK. Then the drivers went on to say they were behind schedule and could only drop appliances off and reschedule for installation. Why not take care of the customer was my question! I returned the appliance bundle and went to the “local guy”. I paid about $1000 more for same appliances but in knowing when they deliver there will be no issues! They will take care of the customer. Shame on Home Depot or whomever didnt take care of this in a better way!

Went to get refund was told I could not get a refund on service paid for. Had you explain 3 times they told me when I payed it if they could not provide service I would only pay 49.00 not 99.00. They finally refunded back to my home depot credit card after they called everybody in America.

Needed some Ferns for my porch and found Ferns that were beautiful and affordable. Great products on sale. Helpful Customer Service as well.

Very conveniently located. They supply anything you need, if they don't have it, they will order it. The store is very clean and well organized, the staff if helpful and very friendly.

The flooring department could learn customer service.
I went in to buy carpet and had to look for help.
A older gentleman was laying out rugs. Lord forbid I stop him to ask for help.
I finally said forget it and will go elsewhere.
It was not that hard my measurement was already in their system.
It was very plain he did not want to help me or be bothered.

Had a long day shopping 3+ hours in your store and Kim (key lock rekey) was very helpful and was very cheerful. The cashier was also very friendly. I love shopping this store.

I worked in retail sales management for decades and I'm always amazed when I am in a store and see employees who have time to stand around and socialize with each other but totally ignore customers who walk right by them and who obviously need help. This happened to me three times in this Home Depot!

I checked out at contractor sales because there wasn't a register open other than the self checkout places. The lady at the contractor checkout was very nice and located a roll of shrink wrap tape for me to secure my material.

The store is laid out well and the shelves were well stocked and neat.

My visit was excellent, the employees were courteous and helpful. The store was organized and clean.

This one is in a great location, friendly staff, store is very organized and well kept. Easy to find items you're looking for, if you can't find, the staff will help you with no questions. Lots of parking, easy access for interstate travelers. I think this one has a fuel isle on location, this is a first for me. Overall great store and staff to meet your home improvement needs.

The store was clean as could be of a hardware store. I didn't have anyone ask me if I needed help. The staff would just walk right by without even asking me.

Wonderful place for all your home improvement needs. People are always super friendly and very helpful.
