The Home Depot, McDonough GA

Hey I spend so much time there I just call it "Home". If only I cook there.lol. Some of my work below. #! $@. Im good.

Like a kid in a toy store I love this place they have everything in stock and more than I've seen in any other Home Depot's.

I visited the Tool Rentals department to obtain an appliance dolly (hand truck with an extra set of wheels and a strap to secure large furniture). The store didn't have that type but did have a normal hand truck and dollies).

The store was clean, free of clutter, and we'll organized. All employees were polite, appeared knowledgeable, and conducted themselves in a professional manner.

I had an appt and showed up 15 minutes early. No one was there. I waited until my appointed time, just to wait 10 more minutes to no avail. I went to customer service which was super busy. They were very helpful and called the person who was supposed to help me. She was nice, didn't apologize for being late but explained how I didn't need an appointment for my job.

Ordered a new BBQ online. Parked in a pickup spot and it was brought out quickly. Great experience. Thanks Guys

I absolutely love Home Depot. We ordered sheetrock, insulation, and other bulk items to complete home additions. These items were delivered by the store. However, when we finished they would not pick up the unused items. On your website it simply says call customer service and they will arrange pickup of the items. As an average homeowner we have no way of returning construction materials. We've spent 10s of thousand of dollars with you guys completing the work and now it's absolutely disappointing to hear that no help will be provided. We offered to pay as we did for the delivery. I'll definitely consider this before using home depot again.

I was just window shopping. Checking prices on a few items. Planning on planting a couple of vegetables soon. They did have a great selection to choose from.

After waiting a week for delivery, they sent out the wrong appliances. Mix matched washer and dryer. Now they are stating it will be another week and a half before they get the correct order to us. The manager I spoke with, Jeremiah, is very rude!

Nice people, only there were two employees that didn't know where the gloves were, but they did try and help find them. Overall friendly staff

Boy it's hard to get a question answered in this store, a lot of merchandise not marked with correct price, service oriented to big sale items, contractors, I just want the correct seal kit for a faucet, maybe a hint as to how to fix, support for the DIY folk try that complete support

Finding someone to help you is next to impossible. Also, Lowe's beats their prices by hundreds of dollars in some cases like the new refrigerator I just bought. It was over $200 more at Home Depot than at Lowe's. Yea, haul away the old one is one cent less at Home Depot than at Lowe's.

Outside KID helpers stood in the shade while 2 different elderly men loaded lumber on their respective trucks, so much for outside customer assistance

Curtis is the guy working in plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful! He led to exactly what I needed.

Person outside of store supposedly to help customers was rude and protesting my order and inquiring about the mulch color and quantity

It's Home Depot. But these days Home Depot doesn't employ as many employees as in the past so it is harder to get help.

Order my mulch on phone at 9am let them know it will be picked up at 10am when get to store it was pulled and waiting for me.

Home Depot is my favorite DIY store. I think they have had a part in every project so far. Lumber, landscape, or lighting they have what you need.

I used to be a faith customer, but they change their military discount policy. Nevertheless, They have the best customer service EVER!

Great day shopping with Molly at Home Depot she helped us tremendously with our purchases of a new refrigerator and a stand up freezer. Fabulous deals and she answered all our questions about other items from countertops and cabinets to ovens and cooktops.
We have been and always will be shopping here because of employees like Molly.
