The Home Depot reviews
35We bought a Samsung Refrigerator, and my wife loves it. The associates were friendly, and knowledgeable.
Lowes customer service has dropped to almost nonexistent so we be shopping here more.great customer care so far.
HORRIBLE customer service! Employee was NO HELP at all! Will think twice about buying anything else from this store!
Everything was great until we got to the cashier she tried to charge us for the sample we brought to match for our counters. She needs to pay more attention to scan the right items.
Employees here are so great and SO HELPFUL! Especially in the customer service department! Five stars from me!
They have been a quality store and they fit between Lowes and Ace Hardware. The owners have always treated me and my employees with helpfulness and respect.
Employees are a great help when trying to find a whole list of products. I rarely have a negative experience here. They always help me load my stuff up and usually it’s a large order with most of it being heavy items. Unlike Lowe’s across the street, Home Depot actually waters their plants properly so no dead plants everywhere on discount racks. The store is well organized and it’s fairly easy to find what you’re looking for. By far my most frequented store.
For those who find it difficult to find what you need and spending hours trying to get all of your project needs, I would recommend going online, researching what you need, put it in the online shopping cart, then screenshotting your list. You can get the exact in-store location of products from online. That way when you come, you come prepared. It works well for me, so it may alleviate a lot of stress for other people too.
Got everything I needed including some paneling cut. All went smoothly and with no issues. Thank you HD!
I enjoyed my visit to Home Depot this time, cause of how easy it was to find what I was looking for. And the selection is great.
But best of all was when I went to check out at 5: 20pm at the Self Check Out. The Cashier was SO NICE and FRIENDLY, And VERY HELPFUL!
HER HELPING ME THE WAY SHE DID, IS JUST AWESOME!
I have had a few occasions to deal with Customer Service and I can honestly say the employees have been fast, friendly and courteous. One in particular stands out as stellar. I have had two occasions that required quite a bit of time and patience on Tracey's part. She is so thorough and attentive to detail she is, in my opinion, the epitome of professionalism. I'm kind of surprised that she isn't a manager.
Staff has not been trained properly.
I buy the merchandise, you load it.
If there are anymore questions, of what your job duties are, question the store manager, not me.
I am a licensed general contractor, i do not play games with hourly employees, Warner Robins Supply, gets my business, from this point forward.
Came to get some materials to build my house. Wonderfully experience. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I have been shopping in macon and Dublin and have been very unhappy, this store shines.
I asked Bill in appliances do they have the refrigerator in stock that’s in sale paper Bill told me no. I left the store and called back they told me they had one left. I came back to Home Depot to find Bill very frustrated with his job please Bill find another job. If you can’t learn to work under pressure.
Very unsatisfied customer
Best place for home improvement supplies! Great people and great service! Did I mention best prices!?
I went for some lawn and garden parts and a new dishwasher. They didn't have parts to equipment they sell and the guy helping me was lost. There wasn't anyone in appliances and the lady I talked to said she'd call someone and didn't. Finally someone showed up to help. The lady at the register was super helpful.
I love this store, it's huge and full of everything that you could possibly want or need for your DIY, gardening or building projects. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is plenty of parking outside in their own car park. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.
Buy lots of stuff here. Can't keep my husband out of here. Tools, rugs, decorations.etc. Purchased our kitchen here. It turned out beautiful. White cabinets are gorgeous.
Customer service has changed most clerks look at you and don't speak and tell you they are helping someone else.l
Couldn't find an item spent 10 minutes looking for an employee. Finally got someone up front to call. Waited another five minutes waiting for the called employee. Then, walked around again and finally found someone. After that, went back to lumber, and the pieces I needed were all in the wrong places, so I had to search around looking at the tags on each individual piece.
No one available to help in electrical are for wire. Will go to Lowes where I get a 5% discount.
