After Best Buy screwed us over on our new fridge being delivered (it was suddenly out of stock four days before delivery, after waiting almost three weeks), we started searching other places. We landed on Home Depot, and we found a fridge that was just right for us. Not only did we find the fridge we wanted, but it also was delivered on the date promised. The gentlemen that dropped it off were kind, courteous, and professional.
It was, overall, a great experience.
I haven't been to home Depot nor my wife or my kids in 23 years. My wife was 8 months pregnant and two home Depot employees talking at the end of the aisle did not help her load nine bags of cement. I will never go back to home Depot nor will my family members. If I'm ever in a conversation about Lowe's or home Depot I always tell the story. One gentleman I work with who was a regular home Depot customer for years will never go back.
Attempted to have Home Depot install an exterior door and after two months of measuring, purchasing, numerous discussions with staff on the correct size, up charges for proper fit, the installer arrived with the door, measured again and refused to install the door. And said it was the improper size. Even though it’s the same size as the existing door. I waisted two months spent 899.00 AND additional measuring fees they say are non refundable. Go somewhere else.
I think Home Depot is the same in any state you visit. At least here in Georgia the people are much more friendly than in Colorado. And more helpful too. Maybe the folks in Denver are too stoned to be of much help. Lol
Did not live cashiers. Used the automated. Nice lady ring me up. That was nice. People need jobs too.
These guys are awesome. I only had to wait a minutes for someone to show up in lumber and cut my lumber to size. Fantastic store for home improvement and appliances.
This is my store even when I was sub contracting I was always treated so well. I shop only at Home Depot I have never met a rude clerk or personel in the 20 years shopping here. A+
Came here after staff at Lowes wouldn't help and was very pleased. Customer service at Home Depot > Lowes.
These people were paid way too much for jack leg quality work.

I love Home Depot as you know the share the monopoly with Lowe’s but both help you get the job done.
Saw a sale online for some tools but wasn't able to find it in store & someone that worked there (I wish I could remember their name!) went above & beyond to help me. I love coming here. Everyone is always so nice
