The Home Depot, Decatur GA

I have only good things to say about this Home Depot location. Everyone is so helpful and ready to assist, particularly Mr. Keith from electrical. He was fabulous helping me pick out tile for my bathroom floor— a topic I knew ZERO about, and I ended up making the best decisions thanks to Keith. He is a great addition to the team, they are lucky to have him at this location!

I’m writing this on behalf of Ms. Wendy at the store. Often times when receiving help especially as a woman, things aren’t explained carefully. I appreciate her thoughtfulness in taking the time to educate me as a customer.

Bought a riding mower. They delivered it with no key no function. No info or anything. On anything.

We purchased a hot water heater for over $673 but when we got it home it was damaged inside the box. It appears to have been dropped several times with dings too. We had contractor meet us at home but it could not be installed due to the damage. We will go without hot water tonight. Returning the hot water heater tomorrow but will have to pay the contractor to come back out tomorrow. BUMMER! We are not happy campers.

No help to load my truck and you can't even Park in the contractor pickup area worst Home Depot ever

It's home depot. They sell almost everything you can think of, employees are helpful and know where things are almost to the exact box.the gardening section is a bit empty around winter but everything else is good.

When returning some merchandise, DAWN was extremely helpful! She was prompt in her service and kind. I just moved to the area and haven’t had too many interactions worthy of a 5 star review. But this Home Depot is one of the better stores I have been to, and employees like Dawn make coming here less of a duty and more of a delight. Thank you Dawn!

I needed a home HVAC filter that the store did not carry. Tasha Smith went out of her way to order for me and have 2 filters delivered to my home. As I am a veteran, she could not get me a military discount online so she called Carolyn Mills who got me a courtesy discount as the product was not being carried in store. As a semi-retired employer who has managed many people in the past, I was very much impressed with these two employees. They are the type of people I would hire in a minute.

Love the kid projects w the very helpful teacher Harriet even when it's crowded she helps as much as she can or she ask a coworker for help.

A very friendly store with knowledgeable and helpful staff. A good amount of clearance items, it's pretty easy to find a deal at this store

The staff, when you can find one, actually seem knowledgeable and interested in helping. I drive past the other Home Depot to go to this one.

I've been trying to schedule a door installation for the past 3 days but can't get anyone to answer the phone. I've never worked this hard to spend my money in my life. Terrible and annoying.

Had to load 12 ft sheetrock on my own, after asking guy outside for help they all just disappeared. Other shopper was nice enough to help me. Hate this place. Need corporate to send secret shopper so they can see how dopey these people are.

If I can't find it I just have to ask and they take me to it or help me find what I really need. I had to take something back today and I didn't have the reciept, they told me to go and get it and there was no problems. They help me picking up heavy items or tell me what flowers I need for a garden. They are just really good to their customers

Found everything on my list. Self check-out was simple & quick (no lines/waiting). There were ample associates floating around, if I wanted assistance.

I have enjoyed patronizing this Home Depot for several years, always receiving good customer service and enjoying a wide selection of products. Great place to stop and shop for home improvement items if in the Tucker/Decatur area.

I can't say enough good stuff about this place. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, an enormous inventory and fantastic prices. Always a great experience!
