The Home Depot reviews
15Not one person offered to help, the guy that did told me the wrong location for what I was looking for and I finally found it in the racks. They were taking forever to get it down so I checked out, loaded all of my lumber by myself to get back inside and see that they just stopped getting the pallet down. So now I am waiting for the wood I already paid for and writing this review.
Strapped it for decking screws but they have a lot of seasonal item brought in in the middle isle for this time of the year and picked up a few at discounted prices.
The staff is always helpful and friendly. They had just what I needed. Check out is always fast as they have plenty of front end staff
This place has everything you need and the people are awesome. I really want to give a special recognition to a worker named Najee. He was so helpful, polite and knowledgeable about everything. Any question I asked he answered. He helped me determine what to purchase, what the best product would be, the best price range and he helped me carry things to my cart from the shelf. I will continue to shop at Home Depot for the great merchandise and for the respect that this young man exhibited. I wish I could find people like this in every store.
Purchased stuff online and picked up here. Great service. Someone from the store called and asked me did everything go well. I thought that was professional.
This Home Depot is going through a lot of changes and it is affecting the store. For the worst of better is not yet decided.
Angela and Andy really helped loading up.
They're exactly what a Homedepot Employee should strive to be.
These 2 young men went out of ther way to help me by hand cutting 4 pieced of wood/molding so that I fit it in my suv. Thank you Jacob & Antwan.
This is a smaller version store, but locals were glad not to drive 25 miles to nearest location.
I visited this store for the first time yesterday. I was dreading all the walking just to find a magnet, however as soon as I entered the store I was greeted by a very nice young man that ask if I needed any help. I told him I needed a magnet and he immediately took me straight to them. His knowledge was outstanding, not only that but he had a great sense of humor mixed with professionalism. I was even impressed when I went to the self checkout a sweet lady that worked there did everything for me. This is what I call true customer service at its best. Both of these employees went above and beyond my expectations of a large box store. I almost forgot to mention how neat, well stocked and clean the store was. From this point on instead of driving to another big box store in Cornelia I’m coming back to Home Depot in Toccoa.
Always a good time with the little ones. Found every thing we need and some extra lol. Great environment and workers.
Toccoa is the best Home Depot. Had a problem with an order. We were honest about getting two items on a home delivery and we were told to keep it. It just shows being honest pays off
I am an area contractor, this Home Depot will not allow you to drive into lumber yard.i have been told 2 reasons, once that because of safety. Twice because of shoplifting. The Identicle store in Hartwell is open to drive into pick up lumber. This Toccoa store obviously has a Management problem. It is inconvenient to shuttle plywood and lumber to the parking lot, and to wait for workers to serve you is costly and ridiculous. I will not use this Home Depot again until they find a resolution. They should not be rewarded for making shopping difficult for customers
The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable, and this location carries most of the stuff that I need. The only downside I've noticed is that it's smaller than other Home Depot stores, so the selection is not as good. Overall, I really like this store.
