Service is second to none other. I love ️ store n Thomaston is the best. Prices are what brings back time after time me. They really want to see you get just what you need n they don't try to sell you what you don't need. Love you all

Sure better than the competitor across the street. More organized, more friendly, and much more helpful employees. Their DELIVERY isn't the best.

Bought $179 worth of materials at this location. They ran it through my card twice and it has been pulled from my bank twice. Management there says there is nothing they can do even though I have bank statements showing money was pulled twice at exact same time. Said I have to take it up with my bank. Bank shows where they charged me twice. This place is ridiculous. Now I have to send a notified letter to my bank so they can investigate the matter so I can get my money back. Glad I have the money and it won't break me.

Always find not only the thing I need, but also the helpful advice. I believe it was Veronica and Scott who helped me and actually, whoever the petite ball of energy who searched all over for me on several visits and offered assist, among others, I think her name was Veronica, was awesome. I usually look for her. She is a return employee. If I was hiring, I'd look for her to train to be a manager some day. Passion! Everyone is helpful. Commendable.

Always excellent customer service at this location. Scotty worked with me almost an hour trying to help find a solution for my cabinets in my kitchen. Great job Scotty, Thanks.

Very fast in and out for shopping. Products are usually always in stock. Great clearance racks too, if you're looking for a bargain.

Our experience was awesome. Jeff was amazing. He was so patient with my mom, and was so very helpful. She needed all new appliances, and is wheelchair bound. He went around with her opening all the refrigerator doors. He had an amazing suggestion of getting a slide in stove so the buttons were in the front and she could cook while sitting down. That way she didn’t have to get up and lean over possibly burning herself. I’ll be forever grateful for Jeff’s kindness and patience with her, getting her setup for delivery and install, and his suggestions on making life a little easier on her.

My wife and I like shopping here and we typically are able to find all the items we need. Today we were disappointed to see that some handles we needed for some projects were out of stock. The box was completely empty so it wasn't that the item was depleted by us, but had been depleted before we shopped. Even a size larger only had two sets left. So, this time my rating has to be a four star rating.

Updated 22 November 2022: The store has stepped up its game and really improved the service and supply. I can easily move my 4 star rating to a five now.

Very helpful and quick found what I was looking for to fix my shower and out within 5 to 10 minutes. I haven't went as much in the past few years because of an employee harassing and so rude never in my life met someone like that until here. I don't know if they are still there or not I haven't stayed in there long enough to find since I stayed away and started going back recently but I hope that it continues to be a quick in and out with no issues from here on out definitely do not want to go through or experience that again.

Just left had a load of lumber asked cashier to call someone to help load. 2 employees were outside. Fu king off they saw me and just walked off not doing anything customerhelpe

Went in looking for a filter for my antique rigid canister vacuum cleaner got help from one of the employees I think I got the right filter appreciate it guys good work.

We purposely drive from Forsyth to this Home Depot because they're more than a big box store! We've never had a bad experience here. They have excellent customer service throughout the store!

My only criticism is the Home Depot phone app. Works fine outside the store but once inside the store the app sucks. BAD! Way too much store wifi interference and steel racks to get good signal to use the Home Depot app.

Theo at the Thomaston Home Depot was Awesome! He took care of us start to finish even though we were shopping from a variety of departments. He tried very hard to get us the maximum discount possible and even encouraged us to go back and remeasure a door to be sure of a fit. Awesome shopping experience!

Glad to have a local supplier with helpful knowledgeable staff and clean well stocked (even during these odd times) stores to get us back on the customers project quickly.
