The Home Depot reviews
15They had everything that I went in to buy. The 2 women that were working in the appliances were so very helpful. Thanks
The staff was extremely helpful and nice! I like going here simply because the store is alway organized, staff is always helpful when you need them, and the store is clean!
I don't necessarily like the Home Depot because like Lowe's can't never find nobody and they are very very rude like they act like they don't want to help you
Very pleasant employees.
Very disappointed to find that the Hardie plank siding that I have been looking for is still not in stock.
It's Home Depot and my go to place for most of my home projects. Over all ok but getting someone to help you is like pulling teeth. It's like they know you need help and go hide.
HomeDepot is OK but would be a lot better if the had more knowledgeable people working the floor and more cashiers instead of self checkout. I don't mind so much having to hunt the stuff I need but when it comes to checkout time I don't work for HomeDepot and they sure don't give me an employee discount for checking myself out so I refuse to use self checkout and do the job they should be paying someone to do
They were very helpful when I needed them they did what they cld to help me find what I was looking for
Not much to say about home Depot. All of their stores are usually pretty good. Price has gotten ridiculous and has been difficult to get help in any department
Good place to shop for all your home repairs needs or your upgrades in your house. Nice store.
Don't use this Home Depot for your toilet installation. I paid Home Depot of Cartersville for the toilet install and they sent ARS in Marietta which didn't send a licensed plumber. They ended up charging me an additional $300 for flange work and the plumber tried to charge me more. He scratched and dented my 90 year old.newly refinished hard wood floors. I filed a complaint and so far it has been denied. So, Home Depot will not stand behind this horrible vendor. I am upset because I am a very loyal Home Depot customer. I am planning a total kitchen remodel in August 2022, now I guess I can't use this Home Depot for that project. It is a shame.
Service was great! Their was an worker on isle where I was going. He took me to the product that I was looking for.
Well I happen to be shopping at homedepot today! And I was in the paint dept looking for some colors for my daughter’s room. There’s a very nice lady that works there. She seems to know pretty much everything in the dept. People kept asking her questions and she seemed to know it all. I give her the 5 stars. A customer came in screaming and being irrational. I noticed she never lost her cool. He even pushed the cans of paint and was being super abusive towards her. But not once was there a manager or an assistant manager present to assist her with this impossible customer.she took the abuse till the very end, when some assitant manager woman comes after allllll is said and done. I wonder if managers wait and watch till the mess is over to then help their employees. I felt bad for the worker. It left a bad impression of how homedepot treats its employees. But more so they should’ve thrown the customer out.no one should get disrespected.
Awesome customer service from the entrance to the exit! An employed greeted me and was enthusiastic in helping me find the product I was looking for. He was knowledgeable about the products and locations. He escorted me to customer service to make my exchange and the representative was super friendly and made great conversation relating to my purchase.
I have to admit, they're pretty good. I went to a local farm supply store and wasn't greeted even though there were two employees doing nothing. Asked about buying a tiller and they didn't have any even though their main business is power equipment. Then told me I wouldn't be able to find one this year probably. Went to home Depot, bought a tiller, everyone was very friendly, came home. Such a pleasant experience compared to the local guys.
