The Home Depot, Duluth GA

I rented a van twice from this Home Depot. Shea and her manager were awesome, they both have great customer service. Thank you very much!

Lisa from the service desk had been very helpful to me. I was trying to return a few items and the line behind me was starting to grow longer. However I couldn't find my receipt. Yet she was very patient with me and helped me process my return with my card.

Worst ive ever been to.
Went in needing 8 ft of chain, quick in and out. But then I walked the building multiple times looking for an employee to cut and measure, couldnt find one. Only guy I did see had been helping someone since I walked in. So I cut and measured myself and took a pic of the sku. Lady at the cash register was less than helpful and rude, saying I needed to get someone to measure it and write up a ticket. (I guess she didn't know how?) She directed me to walk up the store and wanted me to interrupt the guy who was helping someone, then yelled across the store at me when I wasn't, trying to tell me to talk to him. Turned a quick stop in to a chore, so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

This is the worst customer service. I've been outside waiting for my curbside pick order for 40 minutes. If they ever pick up the phone is only put you on hold

I come here often terrible management too slow no one here helps you with anything this is the most terrible’st store

Customer service here absolutely sucks. Most of them have no clue what they’re doing and that Izzy girl with the piercings needs a serious attitude adjustment. Do better!

Was able to find everything I needed no problems, with the help of an employee. The store was clean and in order.

Customer service sucks and " The DIY Experts " has taken on a whole new meaning. When you go to their stores you can expect to do everything yourself

Was looking at AC units and noticed one I was interested in which was $70 cheaper at Best Buy. I asked the lady nearby she said yes they can possibly price match but to check w cashier. I checked with one Cashier she said "No we don't price match anything at Best Buy". Just to be sure I asked the customer service desk and was told "No we don't do any price match"

Which is it? Seems like nobody has a clue here.

They do rent me a not working welder, still do they charge me a full day rent;
more when founded the welder its no good for the purposes, called Home Depot and spoke with a second shift guy Chris who told me to call next morning same person who rent to me and he will fix the issue ; went to store next morning and his boss charged me for a full day, telling me that no one left any notice in the computer about the issue. ;
just opened a dispute under the credit card used for the payment to try to get my money back;
by the way go to other rentals store near you and you will find way better prices (just founded that) and you will save big big bucks $$$$
in the end really bad experience and bad customer services.

Last Evening I got tremendous help from Marcus in the lumber department. He was accommodating, professional and courteous, not to mention patient. He also helped nee with bringing the lumber to my vehicle.

I received awesome customer service here today! Omaid was super helpful and friendly. I even got to take a few flowers home at a marked down price that looked a little sadder than others. This was despite that they were still regular priced.

We recently had our 7th year church anniversary and needed all of our floor space. We broadcast our service all over the world via the internet through a camera that connects to Wi-Fi sitting on a tripod taking up 6.5 square feet of floor space, that we need to use for seating. I ordered a ceiling camera mount from Amazon. Since every installation is different I went to my favorite Home Depot. The assistant manager could see I was exhausted from a long day and suggested a configuration for my installation that was excellent. Tourian
Guided me to a selection of materials that saved us money and perfectly fit our requirements. Some times the customer does not know best, when you are smart enough to realize that I hope you are in my favorite Home Depot!

Updated: Website says 37 roof panels in stock. Drove 30 minutes to this location based on that information. Got here and there were 2 panels and one was damaged. Don’t waste your time.

Original: Website said 5 specific shelves in stock. Got here and none are in stock. There are more employees in the store than customers, and only one of them were helpful, and not very at that. Thanks again Home Depot for another multi-store waste of time trip. What good is your showing inventory stock levels on you website if it doesn’t have accurate info?

I love this store cause it's convenient location, all home Depot are the same but their people and their service makes them shine brighter and this is the case with this store.

I cannot begin to express the gratitude I feel each time I get the privilege to stop by this Home Depot. What makes this home depot stand apart from the rest in the level of customer service and the kind people who work here. They really seem to love to work here. I stopped by one Sunday to grab a can of spray paint with my family and the woman who worked in the front of the customer service offered my children a lollipop. Her name was Anne Marie and was so kind in explaining that there’s a workshop I can bring the kids. My daughter used to call Home Depot “Home people” since she was young from all the positive experiences she gets whenever she stops by here. Now my son is obsessed with Home Depot as much as I am and begs me to stop by home depot each time we are around the area. Great work y’all really know how to grow you future clientele of consumers! See you again in my next visit!
