Home Depot lacks customer service, and there's not a single register open to check you out, they expect you to do it yourself as opposed to Lowe's who has a nice friendly person there to ring you up

Always okay home Depot seals as well as the fact that you can find anything you need there and their employees are very reliable

The employees at this location were amazing. So friendly and happy to help. I had to do a return without a receipt. Returned a gift (plant) that wasn't one that I could have because it was poisonous to cats. The employee was kind and efficient because of those very cool, hand help scanner machine that they have. My transaction was done in like 4 minutes. I left with a gift card. Don't sleep on Home Depot, they have many other things other than the typical items you'd expect. I looked at lamps for like an hour.haha.so many choices. Just got there.grab a cart and wear your walking shoes. Its a big place.

Still would be nice to have HD visiabal in the dept you are in. To ask them for assistance when needed.
Customer service would be nice.

Jerome in the electrical department was a wealth of information. I really, really appreciate him taking the time to show me how to use the tool he recommended for my project and just general knowledge about stripping wires 10 minutes before closing.

This home depot is one of my least favorite ones. Nothing is never where it should. Store looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 90s.

A wide range of products and services. And great sales representatives. We placed an order for home improvement and appointment was set up for in-home advisory services and measurements of the fixtures to be installed. Sales representatives placed a followed up call to discuss and schedule an appointment. Satisfied with every inch of our experience.

I mean it's Home Depot. The grown man's toy store. And it's cheaper than Ace hardware. Most supply houses.

Good selection, why do Home Depots always have mediocre service, not bad but just slow or dismissive enough to be "eh".

Craig took good care of me. Helped me find what I needed and even put the heavy stuff in my cart.

Not nearly enough parking. They let to many people park in the contactor zone to go in and shop for an hour or more leaving us with nowhere to park, by far my least favorite home depot out there

I have never seen a more busy home Depot. Couldn't find a parking spot, couldn't get in the door they parked their trucks in front of the doors. Never seen anything like it.

You can pretty much find any home repair supplies that you need and every piece of tools that you need. Navigate around the store to find stuff could be a little tricky and time consuming. Some of the employees are knowledgeable at the area where they work while some others may not. But they are pretty much very friendly bunch.

On this visit, Friday early afternoon, there were plenty of people ready to help. Found everything I needed for a pvc project including items I did not know existed but needed.

I regularly use building products from 3 Home Depot stores. This is one. Their quality is good and the staff is knowledgeable. Only negative is that at times, it is a little hard to locate one of the staff
