The Home Depot reviews
22Terrible customer service workers just walk around aimlessly they’re nice enough but it’s never their department they are in went to get wood cut and EVERY piece is wrong I hate this Home Depot
The customer service is too low, went i was ready to pay i have to wait 25 minutes on the line this happened around 12: 00 pm on 3-29
I have been to quite a few stores and I quickly find what I'm looking for or an associate is quick to assist me with whatever I need.
I went in to get help with my first furniture project. Josh in the lumber department was super helpful, probably one of the best experiences I have had there in a while
I went in for plumbing material and the associate in that department was so helpful. He gave me a lot of good tips on how to fix my problem.
Is long as you can do for yourself and know where your product is on the shelf. Then its a good experience. Hone depot staff is like the police, their never around when you wish they were.
Worst Home Depot Paint Desk. Twice I’ve come into this store in the evening. 1 call from a cashier. 2 calls from the help desk. Still NO help at the paint department. No help = no product. Waste of my time coming to this store. Home Depot needs to treat their Pro customers better. No way they will get the leg up on SW, Chadwell and builder supply. Professionals know this place sucks. Lesson learned.
First Home Depot I've been in lately that had people that would happily assist you. They are very friendly and helpful.
Pitiful! Manager was called twice to come answer a question no one else could answer. Waited on him 35 minutes and still don't know what he looks like. Never get dime of my money at this store in the future.
Just purchased a gallon of paint and the guy behind the counter with a beard was extremely rude. Luckily, the cashier was lovely but no excuse for the guy at the counter. I was nothing but nice to him. So rude and unnecessary.
Victoria is awesome! I actually got in a wreck right outside of the side entrance of home depot. It was a bad wreck this lady was illegally turning left, and it was an upsetting collision. Victoria took care of me until the police and ambulance arrived and even offered to give a statement. Good people work at that home depot I'll tell you that.
Clean store. Lots of home stuff. You can get pre-approved for the credit card online before you apply.
Lots of parking. Friendly service.
The employees was awesome especially the cashier she was extremely nice everyone should go to this home depot love it
I recieved no help in the isles and it literally took me 15 minutes for my 4 screws to be ringed up because she couldn't find the SKU.
The store was clean, however, and the cashier was very apologetic for the mix up.
Today was a good experience on the Jimmy Carter location with the gentleman tha help me with the plywood cuts, a different experience a couple days ago the manger at the shackleford was very unhelpful. I give the 5 starts to the guy that's help me today.
Their toolbox selection was much better than Lowes. I think that was the first time I have ever Preferred Home Depot over Lowes.
Cashiers in too much of a hurry to help a customer find an item. Sent me down the wrong isle. Asked someone on the floor and found my item.
Everything is so easy to find it! I love it! Plus staff around all the time to help you with anything you need it!
The Tucker Home Depot has proven a highly reliable source of home improvement products during my 15 years of patronage. My visits are typically characterized by good customer service, a wide selection of products, and respectable prices. For instance, my purchase of an appliance today proved far easier than envisioned, aided by the excellent customer service. I look forward to my continued patronage of the store in the future.
Great location and staff. I am usually stuck with whatever project I pick up. They answer my stupid questions with a straight face without judgement. Very helpful. I am always lost in there too.
Carpet installation estimate should be free. They wanted to charge me $35 to just measure. Not fair thus 4 stars.
