The Home Depot, Kennesaw GA

Had to pick up a heavy cabinet and other items. The clerk was helpful and assisted in moving to my vehicle. Transaction from this store was seamless unlike another home depot I shop at. I noticed there is a front door checker that would give masks to customers that didn't have any. Though I wear a mask but have my reservations about it, I do appreciate this store making sure all cust wear masks.

Went in to get a washer and dryer hose. Walked to the back of the store and was helped out by the associates there.

They talked me through the process of installing the washer and dryer, plus they let me know what all parts id need.

I left the store feeling more confident in my project and knew that I could do it myself. I dearly appreciated the associates help and knowledge.

Home Depot is struggling in my opinion. They really need to get their web site working. Went to my local store to pickup a shop light that showed available at my local store. It wasn't. Had them check availability nearby. Sent to the next closest store where they were supposed to have 2 in stock. They did not. Went to the front desk and was told no stores in this region carry that light. In all cases, when I spoke to the help desk and let them know how unsatisfactory their web site was, they all agreed. HD, you need to fix this or you are going to start hemorrhaging customers if you aren't already loosing them. 9 times in 10, when I try to use your web site, I receive a notification after a search apologizing that you are having trouble with the system. This has been going on for at least a year. Guys, you've got to know this. In this day and age, your website should be your greatest tool for your customers and associates, not you're biggest problem. Fix it.please. One star is for corporate, not for your associates who I think are doing the best they can under the circumstances.

This location has always had the items I need and as long as you ask for help their people are knowledgeable and helpful.

I travel around the east cost for work and I visit multiple Home Depot’s on the regular. For this location I can say everything was great besides the customer service. I walked right passed 8 to 10 employees while shopping and not one said hello to me, didn’t even ask if I needed any help, and didn’t even try to make eye contact with me to see if I was doing alright. Also my felt like they were trying avoid me. It could be that’s it’s Monday morning, it’s cold, and the day after the Super Bowl so I’d give them the benefit of the doubt! I do want to point out that the nice lady in aisle three was very kind and sweet. She wished me a blessed Monday and I wished her the same. Give her a raise:) because apparently she’s the only one that’s doing her Job.

I shop at this home Depot very often probably a hundred times a year and they are always on point and do a great job with customer service I have lost receipts and they have found them they have saved me money with their suggestions and I'll keep going back for their exceptional customer service

Customer service is a bit of a mess. Dominique especially, do not interrupt her social time or face consequences.even if there's no one else at the help desk & you only ask that someone else be called to help, as there is a growing line. When I finally found my own help, she then had the time to interrupt me & lie to them that she had helped me.

My favorite place to shop for tools and building materials. Free Starbucks coffee sure is a bonus.

Went in with my 3 year old son today to purchase plants to help out the bees per his request. Every single gentleman in the garden department was beyond helpful and polite. Pointed me in the right direction of everything I needed. I wish I got their names so I could give them proper recognition. They even came and loaded up the soil into my car. Thank you guys so much for your help!

Very friendly and helpful staff even at closing time. This is the most hidden out of the way Home Depot I've ever visited.

Tried to purchase a sliding glass door and have a company Home Depot uses install it. Three in a half months later I had to return everything and the door wouldn't be ready for another 6 weeks, because they sold me the wrong size door. Poor communication, customer service. Sometimes customers want to hear more than I'm sorry, especially after the third time on one project.

Not a bad store but locating help can sometimes turn into a scavenger hunt, but when you do the person is helpful. The only other issue is that most of the time I have gone only the self check-out is open which is annoying for doing large items one buys at a home improvement store.

Good place for hardware and supplies for home. Lumber area could be more helpful and offer to help with cuts if you need. Wish the design center still existed, really miss them. Have a specific area to go for services like installation instead of wondering around looking for help. Key maker was unable to read my key so maybe needs updating.

Home Depot is usually great; however, this location has always left me a bit underwhelmed. I've been snapped at in the paint department and told today that I shouldn't try a home improvement project myself. I hate to only give this location two stars.

It's a Home Depot. They're pretty consistent. I prefer this one because it's typically way less crowded than any other Home Depot in North Metro Atlanta.

Just stopped by for a quick purchase and as always in and out in record time. Whether you need to spend a minute are a day in this giant "TOYS FOR BIG BOYS" playground you'll not soon be disappointed.

Good selection. Needs more staff. We love coming here for the free kids craft one Saturday every month.

When asking for help the 5 employees having a conversation about their personal lives gave attitude when asking for help, instead of showing us where items could be, they instead just gave direction. Then became rude when I pointed out that on the website it stated 14 in stock, then asked how I or it would know. The phone had gps on to locate said store.

I can't say all employees but the employees that I have help me aren't very knowledgeable I prefer Lowe's on 41

Worst customer service of any HD I have ever been to. It's almost as if you are inconveniencing them if you simply ask a question or have to interact with anyone. Thankfully, there are much better locations nearby.
