The Home Depot reviews
21I just purchased a small rock and it was quite many bags so I requested for someone to help but it has been more than 40 minutes and still no one showed up. I called the customer service and were told that someone will show up but no one really did. I think what they do is they want you to wait longer and give up and do it yourself but these are not one or two bags of rock these are more than 15 bags of rock which it really hard for me to load it without someone assistant. Long story short I returned my money back and went to Lows and I got help I need. Please avoid this place.
Went to the garden center. They have a large selection of plants and flowers compared to both Walmarts I went to that basically had an empty garden center. Prices were good. They were moderately busy. Will go back when I need fall items.
Great place for all building and plant needs. Was a little upset with the checkout process, if you loaded up a flat cart with flowers outside you still had to go inside through the main entrance to pay.
I'm always at the Acworth Home Depot. It's a great place to buy, or rent tools. The staff are friendly, and always helpful, especially Mr. Augustin.
I was at this Home Depot this morning. So disappointed. Of all companies, I thought Home Depot cared about there employees and customers. Most of there employees were NOT wearing masks. Guess they don’t care.
The local Home Depot store has gone completely self serve. There are no more traditional checkout lanes. I don't like self checkout and refuse to do it at any store. Lowes just got a new customer.
Would give it this location 5 stars if it wasn't for the high humidity inside the store everytime I go. It makes for an uncomfortable visit at times. Other than that, the store is nicely laid out and the staff is beyond friendly (just don't ask the paint staff too many questions or they get moody, lol)
Super rude experience in cabinet department. Have always been a loyal HD customer but pretty sure I will shop around going forward for all my home improvement needs. Person in design department was rude and dismissive and didn’t seem to want to help us in any way with our project
Will never do business at this Location again, received email saying my supplies were ready for pickup showup 1hr after that and still had to wait 1hr to get my supplies putting myself and crew behind on our job. Customer service sucks.
Can't seem to get the help needed. Miss the old customer service days. Now associates just walk past you.
This Home Depot has gone down hill. Difficult to find help and when you do, you get less than top help. Almost like your annoying to ask to find a product or help load heavy items into a vehicle. Multiple negative trips and comments from local friends who feel the same.
They went to 100% self checkout. Not my idea of customer service. Especially when Lowe's is less than a mile away.
The place was alright but home depot is losing their edge. They have little to no regard for veterans. They only cater to active military. Plus they have lost their friendliness at this place. This cashier named Jacqueline acted like I was disturbing her gossip session. Won't go to this particular store again.
My local depot for 2 years, and as a major DIY/hobbyist-woodworker I'm in there quite a bit. Staff at this location is great.
Francis helped me to find what I hope will be the proper plumbing/pipe fitting to connect my new dishwasher to my existing in-house water line (that water line isn't the usual type as expected by the dishwasher manufacturer). Francis gets five stars but there's a minus one as a request to Home Depot to post the definitions of fittings' acronym definitions. I know some of them but not all. Thanks!
Nicely laid out inside the store, plenty of things in stock. Sometimes the parking lot is blocked in front of the garden center abs sometimes it's not. I wish they had a larger outdoor area instead of having to use the parking lot.
Very nice employees.
Everything was running well besides an abundance of carts left about the aisles and shortages on many things, but all of that may indicate I was there during restocking.
As the worlds biggest fan of the Depot I found this one just okay. I frequent them quite often as I am in the construction business. This one however I found very little I was looking for including staff looking to assist.
Beware shoppers, this Home Depot has NO customer service. The cashier working the self checkout tried to be more help than the customer service reps OR the store manager combined. I've worked for a Home Depot in Calhoun in the past so that was a seriously disappointing experience to know that not all home depots are the same.
I’m a contractor that always lives Home Depot. The newest self checkouts are great. I can now go there, enter all the info I need on my reciepts and swipe the company card. No more waiting in line at the pro desk.
