Good clean store. Staff is helpful and for the most part they know their department and how to advise the average customer.

It was okay my daughter did find a a ladder at a reasonable price. The cashier was very helpful and friendly ask did we find everything we was looking for. The floor associate could be a little mor helpful whe seeing customers looking for something instead of customers try.ing to find an an associate for help. A great place to shop.

Worst location I have been to! Poor customer service. Asked twice for help waited around for no help at all an by the time someone did show up to help me I had already figured out my issue an was in line waiting to pay. As a customer I should not be made to feel as if I'm inconveniencing an employee by asking for assistance.

I'm sitting here now with a truckload delivery of sheetrock and a delivery appointment for 4: 15 AM. It's now 5: 15 AM and no one is here yet. This may be a long day.

It's a hardware store! They pretty much have a large variety but customer service can be spotty. If you need help you might have to look around a while to get it.or sometimes you get help right away by someone who really knows what they're talkin about. So it's kind of hit and miss.

I love going to homedepot, but there are just too many things that you can buy for your house. Way too easy to spend a lot of money. The app that Home Depot has is quite useful for finding things in the store that are difficult to locate even when an employee is unavailable. The staff there is friendly

Last weekend I went in to but bathroom toilets. But when I went to lighting to get 2 sensor light bulbs. I bought fllod lights instesd

I went to get two keys made. Out of stock in both. Really? And the manager was complacent about it. Bad customer service.

Most of the time I find what I am looking for. Bring your military ID for your military discount. Nice experience most of time.

The people were very helpful. I needed to fix my fish tank and the woman manning the paint desk even helped me figure out which silicone caulk was safest for my fish. Another woman gave me advice on making a custom tank lid.

Thier was the nicest black lady in the paint department who was extremely patient with me. Thank you sorry I didn't remember her name.

Worst customer service ever! I waited over 20 mins for help in flooring. 1 guy walked by and I had to stop him, told him I needed help he walked away. Another employee came over but only to throw their trash away right beside and didnt speak at all. That's ok, they have me time to search Lowes online for what I wanted.

This place has a lot of options for microwaves but not many in stock so you have to pay shipping costs even to to store. The sale price on one went up 20 bucks during the labor day sale, so you have to shop around for the best pricing.

The Home Depot in Newnan Ga. Didn't have enough people to help. Customer service wasn't much help in finding product that I needed. Or getting someone to help me.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOME DEPOT IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA. ORDERED CARPET THROUGH THE WITH “FREE INSTILLATION” GOT THERE TO INSTALL IT AND IT WAS THE WRONG CARPET. GAVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE AND ORDERED APPLIANCES THROUGH THEM SPENT 2800 DOLLARS AND THEY CALL THE DAY IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED AND SAY ITS ALL BACKORDERED. TO SAY I AM DISSATISFIED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO A HOME DEPOT EVER.

Roger Gatlin in the Garden Center helped me and I was very impressed with his customer service. When I go back to HD Newnan I will definitely look for Roger.

Asked for help for a lamp that was up high. Waited for about 20 min. Person I asked for help that said would send someone walked by me about 3 more times avoiding eye contact. Went to Lowe’s instead

This is the equivalent for men as a dress shop is to women. Love coming here but I would like the "5% off when using the store credit card" offer back.

An extremely helpful staff that is willing to go the extra mile just to deliver five star customer service to its customers. Thank you so much for everything. I would recommend them to anyone, both friends and family.even if it's just for a light bulb.
