Pit stop on a road trip. Kids needed to go potty and move around. Nothing like going to a large place to walk around. Kids got lolly pops and a plant for great grandma.

Love this store so much to enjoy, not enough money to get it with. Just about every answer to your woodworking problem. Well worth the trip.

Cashier outside in garden section was a bit too talkative to another customer pay more attention

Not as hectic as Barret Pkwy, bigger garden selection. I've never had a bad experience at this location. I definitely choose to shop at this location over barret pkwy or the store on HWY-92.

We had a horrible experience getting our new dishwasher installed. The delivery service/installers are clueless about how to install dishwashers even when we paid for instillation. They didn’t come with the correct parts that we paid for. We are frustrated and have no idea how long it will take to get this fixed. I will NEVER buy an appliance from Home Depot again!

The installer was afraid of spiders and basically didn’t want to do his job!

Terrible staff. I asked several people for kitchen fixtures. First tattooed creature pointed and said in the back of the store. The second was a little better but disappeared when I asked some plumbing questions. The third was the store expert on plumbing who made absolutely no effort to help at all. (Super tall young black guy). He recommend I go to a camper store. Worthless store. Acworth location has way more knowledgeable people.

Customer service is lacking. I hate that they only offer a veterans discount four days a year. You have to haggle and compare prices to Lowe's before they give in and give you a veterans discount that Lowe's offers everyday. I'm glad they did decide to try to compete with the Lowe's veterans' parking spaces. Lowe's is still my first choice.

I have been struggling trying to replace my mailbox according to HOA standards. Felton, Mark, and Chase went well above the call of duty to make sure I had the correct size of wood for a mounting plate. Thanks, guys.

Large format location, but confusion in the custom blind area

This store is larger than the one nearest us, so the we often go 'the extra mile' to get access to the broader selection. But when we went for a quote on custom blinds, we had to wait forever while the store staff fought through computer issues. We finally had to ask for an emailed quote because we couldn't wait any longer.

Speak with Todd in appliances, he is awesome. Gave me the best deal on my washing machine. Excellent customer service

Went to get tune up parts for mower I bought there. $600
And had no one around to help me
After 20 min I left empty handed
Shame on you

Gentleman in hardware went out of his way to help me out. Forgot his name but if you see a stocky middle aged guy with glasses there, he knows his stuff.

Good service, very helpful employees. Their app makes thing quick and easy to find things with how the store is setup. Quick and easy.

What can I say this home Depot everybody's really great they helped me with that question did not hesitate and we're fast and prompt great service

The store had everything I needed it was a pleasant experience, except I don't like self-checkout and I don't like other people volunteering me to self checkout

Don't buy appliances here! While they have great appliances, the company they use to deliver is not trustworthy. I did not ask for haul away on my stove when I purchased a new one, but Spirit Logistics took it anyway. Now Spirit and Home Depot won't own up to it and help me get my old appliance back or a replacement. I will be going to Lowe's from now on.

This and all other brick and morter stores epitomizes why Amazon is winning. They never seem to carry what I need in stock, to order from them seems futile when their website is slow and I can have Amazon deliver within 2 days.

This Home Depot is a smaller location so doesn't have everything you may need but the staff is so nice and helpful. The store is clean, organized and just a nice store!
