Highly recommend The Mac Space for your computer repairs. My desktop has been running slow for over a year. However other places have unsuccessfully tried to determine and correct the issue. Only The Mac Space could quickly detect the issue and repair my computer! Feel as if I have a new computer it works so well now.

My husband purchased a MacBook Pro for me during Covid at a Mac store that is no longer in business and let’s just say…. They saw him coming. God love him, the man doesn’t even know how to turn on a computer. However, when the screen on my 2013 MacBook Pro literally separated from the keyboard, (yes, I used it until it fell completely apart), he wanted to surprise me with a new one.

As a professional photographer, my Mac computers are not something I can live without. So off to the store he went. Unfortunately, they sold him a refurbished 2015 model and I’ve been ‘limping’ along with it ever since. The operating system that was installed, was Monterey and each time I tried to upgrade, I continually received an error message. I kept thinking, ‘I’ll get around to taking it back to the store, as soon as I slow down. ’ Famous last words.

Fast forward to last week, and I had an occasion to be in Peachtree City, so I thought I would run into the Mac store there, but to my surprise, it had disappeared! A quick Google search and I realized my worst fear was on the horizon. I had two photo shoots on the editing table, a deadline to meet and one was overdue, and my options were slim to none!

I then punched in a search on Google for, ‘where can I get my Mac serviced in Cobb County? ’ (which is actually where I live), and these folks popped up. I knew it may end up being a Hail Mary, but I dialed the number and could not have been any more pleased with the young lady that answered the phone. She was pleasant, courteous, helpful and told me to bring it on up to them and they could get me up and running while I waited. While I waited? !? ! What kind of sorcery is this? Ha! Then, when she quoted me their price, I almost felt guilty because for once, I didn’t feel like I was the one getting the short end of the stick. I could not get there quick enough!

I found the location easily and Steve, (I’m assuming the owner), was just as nice as the young lady that answered the phone. He went to work on my computer within minutes of me walking in the door. No long waits. No dropping it off and waiting for weeks or months to get it back. No trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need and within thirty minutes, I was on my way back home - ahead of five o’clock traffic.

I’ve been using the new operating system for a few days and was FINALLY able to update my Photoshop Creative Cloud suite of programs and it’s made my workflow incredibly easy and fast. No more limping along. I also still have money in the bank. Lol!

This place will be my new go-to from this point forward. Fast, friendly service, at a reasonable price. What more can one ask for?

SO glad I was able to find The Mac Space!

I had an iPhone 14 Pro and maxed out the storage which then made my phone freeze. I let my battery die and each time I would try to turn it back on, it would get stuck on the Apple logo. FYI, your iPhone will not warn you when your phone storage is almost full, it only warns you if your iCloud is almost full. Please note these are 2 different things, so make sure you are constantly checking your actual device's storage to avoid this issue!

I went to the Apple store, Geek Squad, and several other places and had ZERO luck. They said there was absolutely nothing that could be done other than wiping the phone and resetting it to factory settings. This was not an option for me because I had about a weeks worth of data that had not backed up to iCloud, and I was not willing to lose it.

Thankfully, I did not take no for an answer, and I found The Mac Space! They underpromised and overdelivered! They were able to recover all my data that did not make it to iCloud and put my data on a backup drive for me. This only took them one day to complete!

Really appreciate you guys, and thank you for recovering all my memories that I thought were gone forever!

My first choice for my MacBook purchases and repairs! I came in recently for battery service for my MacBook pro. They were extremely helpful from start to finish, even with helping me to find directions to the building. I bought this MacBook that I purchased from them about 1.5 years ago back to them for a battery replacement and Stephen went the extra mile to address additional issues that I was having with the MacBook. Stephen and Cassia were amazing in understanding what I wanted to do with my older 27" iMac. I had attempted to erase the hard drive myself but the erase utility did not complete the job. As such, rebooting would not complete. It was my plan to give our younger grandchildren this unit to use for home research. Stephen complete the OS re-install and now the unit is ready to be turned over to the grandkids. Work was done quickly and very inexpensively. I will never use anyone else to work on my Apple equipment. So glad I found these good people.
