We first started working with Kim when we were looking for a house from out of state in Florida. She has been super accommodating as we sought to buy a home from another state. Kim was available to us when we needed to make the journey to GA to look at houses in person, and whenever we needed to do a showing virtually she made it happen promptly. Even when Kim was out of town on vacation (in Puerto Rico!) she was still setting us up to see a home with a co-worker when we traveled to GA, and still answering questions when we had them! Throughout the process, she had no problem doing multiple virtual showings, even in the same day. Kim was very responsive throughout the whole process- emails, texts, you name it, she was there to answer every question we had. We really appreciated that Kim is knowledgeable about all the different little areas and neighborhoods that are in and around the area we settled in. When we ultimately bought a property through Open Door, Kim was in constant communication with the company to ensure that, as her buyers, our best interests were protected!
