I had an ipad listed for sale on FB market place.
He had someone on FB pose as individual buyer to meet at this store for agreed price, when you get there he acts like it’s a mixup.
Try’s to lowball you after you’ve been scammed into driving to the store.
Stay clear of this store, not a reputable business!
It’s a scam!

Edit: He says the person wasn’t connected to the store, but when you ask him what the deal is in the store, he says he knows the person and has told them to call and speak to sellers before hand… lies and scams going on with this store.

Customer service is good but the hours and the owner opening up the store, poor. Twice I’ve come to the store waiting on the owner was given a time 30 minutes. 45 minutes later no owner. I’m sitting outside the store right now supposed to open up at 10 o’clock.employee, myself and 1other individual has been here since 10 o’clock when is supposed to open waiting for the owner to get here. NOT A GOOD LOOK KOWAME. It is now 10: 40 and he still not here!

Kowame is the best he took very great care of me and the process was quick and simple. And the best part is that they have reasonably priced phones

Best repair shop around hands down. First, I called every store around looking for a screen for my phone. This was the only place that could guarantee they could order a screen and have it by the morning and my phone fixed before lunch. Second, they were the best price by far. Also when I went to pick up my phone they asked me who previously worked on my phone and told me i probablyshouldnt use them again. I asked how they knew someone worked on it and they said there was screws missing from the inside. This store is the best of the best. Great customer service. All around the best. The only place I will use in the future.

BEST IN TOWN! I’ve been dealing with Kewami & his Salephone store for years now. I’ve had phones fixed & purchased several phones as well. There was never a problem that he didn’t fix or refunded. I’ve always left his store satisfied with my new/fixed phone. Definitely will be making more purchases in the future

I’m self employed and my phone is my lifeline. Anytime I lose a phone or one gets damaged at work Kewami’s shows up and shows out. With a nice new phone or a great repair at an affordable price. 10/10 would highly recommend!

He sold me and wife phone that were reported stolen or lost. Face ID didnt work. Facetime didnt work. Wouldn't reccomend them if you need a phone.

He's a good salesman when it comes to buying a phone from him. But when it comes to customer service and communication if you were to need anything else like, something retaining to a screen crack issue or his warranties he's definitely not reliable. Seems like in order to find out important information from him about these things I always had to contact him and he'd just give me the run around.

Never will buy a phone here again!
He sold me a iPhone 6 with lines in the screen.
The screen didn't have lines when I bought it but as soon as I left the mall the phones spazz out.
I took it back to only be told I can't get a refund and he won't fix it.
I will never recommend anyone to go there.

I was never given another device, you sat there and told me that even though I paid over $200 for the device that I could get a phone which was $150 and the other $50 will be put on a gift card that can only be used at your store.

And the only reason I'm responding here cause you refuse to contact me when I contacted the BBB and refused to contact me when I contacted the mall themselves.

They don't do a tethered root at this store. All that is to say the root or jailbreak if you're using iPhone isn't permanent. They had a temporary method that will require future attention.

This is the WORST place to go to get any type of service done. I gave the owner my watch a month ago & the money for my screen for him to put on it, and he told me it’ll take 2 days to get the part in and he could fix it the same day. Well I wait days, and then weeks for a phone call so I finally decided to call him (which I shouldn’t have to do if it’s in his hands for repair) and he then told me it was ready for pick up. Due to me working everyday in Macon, passed his business ours I haven’t had time to pick it up. I had one free off day, & called him ahead of time to let him know I was on the way to pick it up just for him to tell me.the screen I ordered for MY WATCH was put on another watch because “ I took too long to pick it up “, therefore he said he was ordering another screen & he would deliver it to me when it was ready. I called the day he told me the part would come in and boom it’s still not fixed. So I call the day afterwards and he uses the excuse “ I have customers in-front of me so I’ll fix it when I’m done with them and I’ll bring it to you “ hours has passed and he’s all of a sudden not picking up the phone. Still haven’t got a call back or any information about my watch but will be addressing this issue after today. When owning a business you don’t tell someone you’re going to do something and don’t do it. This place needs to be shut down completely.

I had been to Several phone companies to get my phone unlocked and kept getting the run around with them saying it couldn't be done. A friend of mine referred me to the Salephone Store so I took the phone up there to check it out and they managed to get it unlocked for a decent price. They have great customer Service as well as do quality work.
