He tries to make money off your property by bringing in other people he knows to “fix” the problems. Don’t trust them, do your background search on them before using. He had the termite guy messaging me out of the blue asking if I wanted to rid a minor mold problem that I didn’t even have. And I lost the sell of my home because of it. He already had lined up the people to fix the so called problems I had. The most horrible experience in home selling in my life! No house is perfect but this was horrible. Be wise and read the low ratings.

Desmond is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had him as our inspector last year when we purchased our first home, and used him again for my mom's inspection for a home she is planning to purchase. The rep on the phone was friendly, had a great tone, and seemed like he really enjoyed his job. Desmond did a home inspection on a home we have an offer on. A previous foundation/crawl space specialist found water pooling in the crawl space and Desmond later during his inspection that day found that the pooling water was coming from a leaking pipe under the home that leaked when the outside faucets to the water hose were turned on. Desmond filmed the leaking pipe under the home. Great detective work by Desmond. Desmond took the time to explain to us his findings on the home inspection including windows which lost their thermal seal. He also explained to us cracks found in the walls above door frames and the potential causes of this from emanating from the crawl space. Desmond also made recommendations seperate from the jnspection such as installing a solar fan in the attic to reduce attic temperatures thereby resulting in a cooler home the less stress to the hvac system. Desmond provided detailed explanations. If I do need another home inspection service in the future, I will be sure to hire Desmond again.
