Wow, I really like my new Home! And I wouldn't have it with out my realtor Mindi. She pulled a rabbit out of her hat. See, wifey and myself we're getting impatient with how the housing market was going. Every house we saw was not even close to being worth of a purchase. Then Mindi tells me she wants us to look at house but isn’t over what we wanted to pay. I was confused. Why would my realtor want me to look at a house if I didn’t have the approved fund.
