Quick work, great customer service, and prices are okay. The dude at the front of the store was alone but managing everything seamlessly.

Friendly customer service, clean waiting area, mechanic seemed pretty honest, but man were these guys slow.

I had a pre-scheduled, pre-paid appointment at 10am. Guy told me it’d take 60-90 minutes so I decided to just wait. 130 minutes later and they’re finally done.

Slowest tire change I’ve ever had!

Been going to the dealership from which I bought my and have been charged a lot of money in addition to waiting for at least 3 hours before I get my car tuned up or serviced. A co-worker told me about TP and so I decided to give them a try.
Firstly, I was very impressed with the manager. His level of professionalism and care parallel none other to date. So impressed that I asked for a couple of his business cards to distribute to my family and friends.
Secondly, the time frame for the oil change and tire rotation was pretty quick and thirdly, the price was very fair. I will be back for sure!
Finally, ask to speak with the manager. He is a great guy and family man!

Service at Tires Plus went very well. Agents were very polite and efficient. Under promised and over delivered.

Replaced my tire within an hour. What I observed was staff in the garage working together to serve customers. The lady at the front desk was a pure joy. Took a call after closing and offered their help. Haven't been to such a business in a long time. The customer comes first. There was a team effort to serve their customers.had to find that level of service. I'll recommend them with 5 stars any day.

These people always take such good care of me. They're very good at doing that " little bit nicer. " They explain everything like you're their neighbor. Been coming here for almost 10 years.

I brought my new car in for a tire repair. The shop was busy, but they fit me in and got me out pretty quickly. The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable.

Ordered tires from Tire Rack and had them installed here. Now I go for oil changes and rotations. Made an appt for 8: 00 AM on a Saturday, and Gentry worked with me to have it done before noon on what's surely their busiest day of the week. Thanks Gentry - great crew here!

I literally showed up at 7am. I set my alarm and got out of bed just to get my oil changed. I walked in when they turned the lights on and the cashier told me they were too busy and I needed to schedule an appointment. Ridiculous!

I've been getting my car serviced here for years. The mechanics do their job properly and professionally. Prices are fair and I've never had a problem

Thank you tires plus for years of great service! Throughout my life, you all have been there to service 4 of my cars. I appreciate you keeping each one of them running so smoothly. The staff at this location is friendly and knowledgeable about automobiles. They walk you through your recommended repairs and why. There is never any pressure for them to be the ones to fix it. It's just recommended. Work is completed timely.

Gentry is the man. Fair work decent price.just a heads up if you leave your car you will be waiting.just tough it out and stay a couple hours and your car will be done in no time

I have used this location for over 10 years. Renee was my constant contact during that time and I was concerned when she moved but I am happy to say the level of services has remained. It's a nice feeling to have confidence in a service station. I would recommend giving this location a try.

I had a nail in my tire and Tires Plus quickly located a replacement and gave me a great deal on tire warranty. They were very courteous and responsive.
