We received quality and quick service, at a reasonable price! It didn’t take them long to have our phones working like brand new again.

If I could put zero stars I would. I went in to get my phone fixed and the guy told me to come back didn’t give me a claim ticket or anything to say I had left my phone then when I came to pay for it he said if I paid w a credit card it would charge me $20 more as a fee. So I paid cash and asked for a receipt in case it stopped working and he said they don’t give any just to bring it if it stopped working. Phone kept glitching and he said to update it. The phone stopped working after 3 weeks and when I went in he “didn’t remember “ he had fixed it and told me either way I was past my 15 day warranty which I didn’t even get paperwork for and I would have to pay $150 again. I took it somewhere else that charged me 1/2 the price and they told me that this place had put a really cheap screen and charged me like it was an original one. ($150) needless to say I will never go back in there. They are not honest, poor customer service and overall just not professional or stand behind their work.

Purchased a used iphone that would not work. Owner refused to refund after stating I had 30 days to return it if not satisfied. Advised me to place it on social media to trade. Right, pass my problem off on someone else. Horrible business ethics.

Want sure when I walked in because the store looked newly set up. But hey I'm glad to see anybody doing their thing! As soon as I talk to the guy I figured out I was definitely in the right place! Very great customer service up front. Fix my phone right away actually had the parts. I was out of there in 30 minutes. Other places I've dealt with took 3 days to order the parts and a couple hours to install them. These guys were great!

This place is great. Very good attention and solutions, which is the objective. May God protect them.

This is still the BEST phone repair place! My family & friends only come to them for
repairs & accessories, because they are knowledgeable, professional, and their prices are very affordable! Don't go to that "other" place where they are rude, impatient & look like they just woke up!

The man that works here is a true angel. My mother past away a year ago and my phone had all the pictures of us together right before she past away. This man didn't just fix it he did it in record time. I highly recommend this place.
