Clean store, friendly cashier! Was able to find a light weight jacket at a very reasonable price.

If you're in the spirit of the season this is the place to go. There's plenty to choose from and if the line appears to be long, don't get discouraged. It moves so fast!

Just called this store to ask a simple question about an item.the lady DEEP SIGHED with annoyance and said they didn’t have the item without even bothering to look. QUIT YOUR JOB IF YOU HATE IT THAT MUCH. And go for a jog you sound over weight and miserable. 8: 20 pm 12/29/20

My favorite shop to for men's wear. I always find unique shirt and good deals. The clearance racks are the best.

The staff at this location are very welcoming and available to assist when needed.

This is my favorite TJ Maxx. They have the best selection. Most neat and organized and always stocked

Affordable clothing and cute stuff for your home. The clothing section is pretty disorganized so you need some patience to go through it. The clothing is super cute though, I always find stuff I absolutely love. The home section is not fully stocked most of the time but they do have some good stuff. A lot of random things, you probably won't find everything you need but you can find some neat stuff that you weren't looking for.

It honestly pains me to write this review as I sit in my car after just exiting TJ Maxx today. However I feel so strongly about it I needed to get it off my chest immediately. I came in and did a store return for an item that I purchased on the first day of TJ Maxx opening after Covid 19. In all honesty I did not have my receipt present with me at the time however the associate that handled my return offered me store credit provided me a store credit card and receipt accompanying it. I proceeded to go through the store and purchase well over 5 times the amount I returned ($33). When I brought my items to the register and presented my store credit card to the cashier she said me “They didn’t put your name on this? ” (“This” being the store credit card) I replied “No”, her “ Well I can’t accept this” I proceeded to explain to her that I literally just did the credit at the end register about an hour earlier all in the same trip and even provide her the receipt that accompanied the store credit card. She proceeded to ask another associate to get the other person at the end of the register to come and verify my face. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the associate that was there at the time. The manager was called and she proceeded to tell the associate that it was OK to take my credit. To say that this associate was rude would be an understatement. Her attitude was atrocious and she has no business having a speaking role and dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis. At one point I was told whenever I make a return to make sure that I get my name written on the store credit card. I had to explain to the associate that it is not my place in order to police TJ Maxx and they were associates and them not handling their own store procedures correctly. This whole interaction literally took close to 6 to 7 minutes and I was made to feel as if I was trying to do something dishonest. And after actually leaving the store and upon further inspection of the return receipt, lo and behold I see my own name printed on the receipt. I wonder why anyone didn’t bother to just ask me for a form of government ID to verify my identity. Furthermore, later on take the time to chastise their associate that failed to do her job later on. After excusing my presence and after allowing me to complete my purchase. I finished making my purchase but in the end I may actually come back and return these items because it really doesn’t sit right with me how I was treated today. This is the first time that I have ever been treated this way and I can’t say that all my experiences have been negative. To be honest I think I’ve only ever returned items to TJ Maxx on one or two occasions a long time ago and was not aware of their new protocol. Their associates could benefit from some true customer service training and how to handle discrepancies when things arise.

Let's talk about me being followed around by loss prevention and when I asked him a question he was rude. I requested the manager Erica and she refused to come to the front. I work in the plaza and shop at this location often. Never again. Most of your staff is black and this is how you do.disgusting

T. J. Maxx uses Empire Parking Services to survey people on their property. Even if you are a patron, this company takes pictures of every person (without consent or warning) in case you leave the property so they can boot your car- even if it's only one member of your party that does! The businesses in this location need to put up a sign at the entrances saying as such, as well as consider ticketed entrance/exit.

The reason why this place is only O. K.is for the threat that lurks in the parking lot.
There are assigned parking guards that will boot your car if you go to TJ Max and then decide you want a cup of coffee at the Starbucks that appears to be in the same parking lot or decide you need to go to TJ Max then pick up your prescription at the CVS that appears to belong to the same mall. They will take a picture of you from the second floor of this mall, then boot your car, then demand you pay 75 dollars on the spot if you don't have the money in credit car then you will be made to stay in the parking lot for ever, in turn occupying the parking space that they insist is so needed by others. So what is the goal here? To make sure the parking lot is open or to make extra money from the clientele who visits this mall? There is something going on here.

Go to T. J.enough to enjoy. They almost always have something you need or want from shoes to Furniture!

The store is so much better organized and quite surprised especially during holiday season and customer service was outstanding from being on the floor all the way up until I checked out I didn't get the young lady's name but she was pretty awesome
