I was thrilled to know that my iPad Air 2 could be fixed in 1 hour, and they offer a case at a discounted price. Steph was awesome! They were friendly, professional and efficient. Samantha was great also when i came to pick up my iPad. I also had a MacBook older model and they didn’t have particular parts needed to help w repairs So they were nice enough to accommodate and order the part. Totally recommend! Oh and they offer a warranty
