Highly recommend Trinity Air for your HVAC service needs war installations! The service tech, Nic, Was very professional and efficient and explain in detail everything that he was doing to our units. I’ve dealt with many HVAC dealers in the past to service my units and this is by far the best service I have had!

These folks were fast and efficient. Holds true for the gentlemen earlier who actually handled the install, but I think this review is specifically for Jake, who was friendly, COVID-safe, as well as being informative, and we even ended up bonding in being two Georgia boys who fell for our respective California girls!

We had our HVAC systems serviced today. The technician was professional, thorough and friendly.

Brandon was very professional and courteous
in the performance of his duties. He provided feedback throughout and gave a thorough report at the conclusion of the inspection/maintenance process.

Our scheduled twice yearly maintenance of our heat/ac was conducted today by Daniel. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had an excellent experience with Trinity Air replacing my unit. They came in and laid down drop cloths and plastic to prevent damage to my hard wood floors and carpet. They were very professional during the course of their work. After they finished, they showed us how everything worked and answered our questions. We will definitely use them again in the future if we have any problems with our units.

These guys are great. Awesome customer service and quick responses. Shawn fixed our furnace and helped me understand the basics of how gas furnaces work. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Mark Gibson is a knowledgeable, reliable and honest salesman. My installers were dependable, conscientious and tidy. All servicemen have been dependable and thorough. We were very happy with the entire experience. Trinity has earned all of my future A/C business. Of the 3 quotes we had, Trinity offered the best product for the price. The young gentleman they sent was polite, thorough and got my AC running again. The price was more than fair. He made sure I was aware of everything he was doing and explained each task he was performing. I have an old system and its going to need replacement in the next year or so. I certainly will be looking at them for a bid.
