I had a great experience buying from Troncalli Subaru. My salesman, Greg Pryor was wonderful to work with, as was everyone else I dealt with during my buying experience. It was a friendly, low pressure atmosphere, with fair pricing, and an easy, quick transaction. I absolutely love my 2024 Crosstrek and highly recommend buying from Troncalli.

I recently bought a Subaru Outback from Troncalli recently would recommend them to anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle. The buying experience was great, James Graham made sure I got all the information I needed and his colleagues showed me how to to use the accessories I purchased for the car. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.

In my 66 years of age I have never experienced a pleasant car buying experience, until now. I drove over 150 miles (from Chattanooga) to Troncalli to buy my new Subaru. Mr. Greg Pryor made this entire process painless and efficient. If I had read a review like this I would have suspected it is fake so I don't blame you if you feel the same way; I lived thru this experience and still wonder how was it possible. I could not recommend them enough or give them more stars. This is the way buying a car should be.

We just bought a used 2021 Jeep Cherokee and in our 79+ years buying a car we had the best salesman- best service- best experience ever! What a great professional dealership. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle please look them up. Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. DJ in finance was very efficient and just look at his state of the art document signing table! Just cannot say enough good things. AND! If you talk to Tyler please tell him you called or visited because of my review!

This was my first time buying a vehicle. The process was very smooth and went very well. The sales concultant Mark Lieberman made this very simple and went above and beyond to make sure everything was very easy and without hassle. I would certainly recommend anyone to Troncalli Subaru and Mark Lieberman to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Long pending but not late I guess.

I had the pleasure of visiting Troncalli Subaru, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Their knowledgeable staff made the car-buying process incredibly simple. I was impressed by the wide variety of models, trims, and colors available (even during the chip shortage era) and the full inventory gave me plenty of options to choose from.

I’d like to give a special shoutout to Charles Saines and Bob Shiver, (who sadly are no longer with the organization but had left a positive legacy). I purchased two cars from Troncalli Subaru within one year, and both experiences were amazing.

Knowing that Troncalli Subaru is a Georgia local business owned by proud members of the community made me even more delighted to support them. I highly recommend Troncalli Subaru to anyone in search of a great car-buying experience, top-notch selection, and a dealership that truly cares about its customers.

My service experience with Catie, Trevor and Stephanie was efficient, kind and simple. They used my time wisely, put me in a loaner vehicle and communicated throughout the service. When I came back to pick up my car they took great care and got me in and out quickly so I could get to work. I will continue to use their service and highly recommend them!

Went to look at cars for FUTURE purchase. Dude made me feel like I wasn't worth effort and was ambivalent about talk I'll ng about the cars. Like s in nice I wasn't a sale possibly he didn't give a care.

So, Troncalli service losses another star. Once again, my "Express" oil change service took 1.5 hours from check-in to check-out. What's interesting is that the last time it took this long, the reason was that the complimentary car wash was backed up.but this time they didn't was my car! I recommend that everyone carefully check the free multi-point inspection list they give you at check-out to see if it makes any sense. There's a history of pencil-whipping these inspections. Next, oil change pricing is a moving target here. Maybe/maybe not there's a special, maybe/maybe not the price they give you includes a tire rotation, and wait a minute.you mean the special price doesn't include shop fees? Really, it's crazy. Finally, why print out a black and white copy of the multi-point inspection report and hand it to the customer right in front of a big monitor at the service counter that promotes how great Subaru's "Color coded" inspection report is. Silly.

As car dealers go, this is a decent one to purchase from. As far as service, I have mixed feelings. The actual service is reasonable as long as you don't get simple things done, because the cost will almost certainly be far, far more expensive than doing it yourself (ex, air filter change). My No. 1 complaint though is the totally useless service scheduling system. You can schedule an oil change, which should take maybe 30 min with the supposed multipoint inspection, but you may wait 1+ hours.even when they call it "Express Service". Secondly, it is EXTREMELY difficult to speak with anyone in service. If you call the service number, you will get a women who attempts to answer questions, but is almost always unprepared to do so. Since she can't answer simle questions like how much basic service tasks cost, she will tranfer you.which always goes to voice mail. Very frustrating.

Service is meh. You schedule an appointment but that just guarantees you get serviced that day. They’ve forgotten to tighten the wheels, then broken wheel studs, and generally just take forever.

I bought a pre-owned Subaru Outback Touring XT from Troncalli Subaru. It was a very pleasant and positive experience. Giovanni was great in explaining all the features and then working through all the paper work. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had been searching for a very specific Subaru Outback for months. It had to be Touring XT, Specific interior & exterior. Charlie, my salesman, kept me informed and as soon as the one arrived on their lot, not a pre-order, he contacted me to let me know THE one was there. I appreciate that he stuck with me, never trying to dissuade my choice, at same time let me know about other options. I got just what I had wanted. Love my Subaru and appreciate Charlie's courtesies and staying on top of their inventory.
