If I could rate this to a ZERO star I would. I had my daughter's tablet in to replace the charging port. It was working just fine when I brought it to them. They returned it non-working. Same thing happened to my 80gig Zune. It was working fine, except the battery wouldn't stay charged. They changed the battery and now it won't even boot up. They stated on both devices that it was a bad motherboard. Not so. I will never take anything to them. The repair people have no clue what they are doing. Stay away. Find a different place to get you items fixed. The only nice thing they did was not charge me for their faulty repair. I made a grave mistake.

The tech was very flexible, with the time and agreed to meet me where I was. He advise me that it would only take a few minutes and he was right. Very good service. Thanks 5 stars

Hi my camera is very blurry everything else is good but I can’t use my front camera after the screen was replaced is there a way I can get this fixed?

Outstanding service! The easiest experience I can recall in a long, long time. June came to the front door, retrieved my daughter's phone (cracked screen). Before I knew it, the phone was fixed and good as new. I didn't even put on shoes! Awesome. Highly recommend!
