Derrick was extremely helpful in getting my phone fixed today. In fact, everyone there went above and beyond in the screen replaced.

If I break it again, they will be the people I choose to fix it for me.

Dropped off my Xbox series x yesterday cause our dog was running around and somehow managed to get her foot caught on the hdmi cord and it yanked it out of my Xbox and broke the hdmi port and I was so upset cause I haven’t even had it 3 months but thankfully they were able to get it fixed. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be coming back.

People were great but they were not able to repair the phone. When they returned it, they told me that the power button would not work but it did work at the store when I dropped it off. Now, I cannot not transfer the phone to a new phone and my wife will lose data, pics, etc. If they could not repair it, they should have said so and not try to do something that was above their capabilities. They said that this happens sometimes but that they could not fix it, so why is the store called ubreakIfix,

Very unprofessional, walked into the store and the employee started promoting his music instead of doing his job. When they "fixed" my cracked screen, the phone was super scratched. 2 months later the screen literally came off the frame of the phone, had to get it fixed at another store.

Malik fixed my damaged phone today. (It had been run over by a car.) VERY helpful. VERY courteous. VERY knowledgeable. Quick turn-around, maybe 2 hours. The other employee, Marcus, is equally as good. VERY courteous, professional, knowledgeable as well. Marcus has fixed my phone before. I've recommended this place (Woodstock GA location) to others many times.

Derek helped us out a lot. I brought in my Xbox one x in and they couldn’t fix it but he helped me the best he could, gave me a lot of good advice and helped me even tho they couldn’t fix the issue. 10/10 customer service. Will definitely bring whatever device I have issues with next here

I had my screen replaced here a few months back and today it started being unresponsive. I took it in and they quickly replaced the screen and it's back to being like new!

They were very professional and quick. They new exactly what was wrong with it how to fix it.

Wonderful experience! They got my part in and only took about 15 minutes and my camera lens/backing is like new! Ery nice people. Thanks again!
